Dark Winds
I look forward to every episode. I learn so much here in my heart. I connect with the Navajo community as it is beautifully expressed in so many nuances. And I learn as powerful horrors are encountered and dealt with. It's a real story.

Why Joe Looked So Scared When Margaret Cigaret Mentions The Pollen Path In Dark Winds Season 3 Episode 5
I am also thankful for Margaret Cigaret, for the cleansing of the sheriff's office, for all the ways Navajo tradition shows up. I don't understand it, but I feel it there in Emma,Bern, Joe, Jim, Gordo, Shorty.
Thank you too, for the intrinsic equality of all the men and women and girls and boys in the Navajo nation. Sad and instructive contrast to the whites, one of whom can't breathe, and then without mechanical help. They, too, do a fine job for me of carrying the story forward.

So, Bernadette's New Dark Winds Season 3 Romance Is Definitely A Bad Guy, Right?
Emma is now going through her own shattering initiation rite, and beautifully portrays it. So many nuances in both her and Joe's characters now, and their relationship.
I love the depth to which all the characters influence and reveal each other. This is definitrly not a black and white story, which makes it wonderfully real. All intertwined. Can't wait for the next episode.

Dark Winds Season 3 Finally Revealed The Real Reason The BJ Vines Decision Is Tearing Joe Up & It Wasn't What I Expected
To me, Joe is caught in the deepest sense of personal failure. It ravages every aspect of his life, all his relationships, his identity.
The paradox for me is that if he weren't so decent, comionate; a man of profound integrity, it wouldn't be destroying him as it is.
I have confidence he will shed the old skin and emerge even larger as a human being. I look forward to seeing how he does it.
I got a kick out of his Dad, who was all for Joe, however he did it, which leads me to believe that he has undergone a similar dark night of the soul.
What an extraordinarily instructive story. I look forward to every episode with the feeling it will change me for the better.
