Two huge Pokémon, Snorlax and Blissey, make a very cute couple in the brand-new game Hisui region of Pokémon Legends: Arceus and discover many new locations and collect various different Pokémon, including Snorlax and Blissey. However, the Pokémon that they encounter may be different from those that they caught in previous games.

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus players are thrown into the open world of Hisui, before it would later become Sinnoh. Hisui contains variations of familiar Pokémon from previous generations, many of which are drastically different from the version that many players know. Snorlax and Blissey can both be found in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, but they have some changes as well. Chief among them is the cute relationship they can form in-game.

One on Reddit by the name of Pokémon Legends: Arceus featuring Snorlax and Blissey. The pair looks like a cute couple, as the viewer can see Snorlax fall to his back in a classic Snorlax fashion. Blissey on the other hand is swaying back and forth taking care of a big white egg. As a result, many players gathered in the comments to congratulate the happy couple and speculate as to whether Snorlax is about to become a father. Even though this seems unlikely, Pokémon have been known to breed in past games. However, cross-breeding or even cross-species relationships haven't been seen before.

Even more fascinating is the fact that both of these Pokémon appear to be Alpha versions, which makes them larger than normal. These high-level Pokémon will often function as "mini-bosses" of the area that they patrol. However, there is a large incentive to find and catch these Alpha Pokémon, as players can earn bonus rewards by securing such impressive quarry. However, the two Pokémon do share a common territory of the Obsidian Fieldlands, which is undoubtedly where laurabxth found this adorable couple.

Small details like this are what help bring the world of Pokémon Legends: Arceus to life, and help distinguish the Hisui region from Sinnoh and other lands the series has taken players. Some details are even more obscure than this Pokémon couple, but give insight into how Pokémon used to co-exist before modern civilization came along. With so much left to explore and discover, it's no wonder why Pokémon Legends: Arceus is one of the best-received Pokémon games ever.
