From the first time she was shown all the way until the final season, Jenna Marshall was featured in a lot of black clothing items. This color fit her well since she was dark, mysterious, and a little dangerous. She had some style and class, though, and she put thought and time into her outfits, hair, and makeup, earning her a spot on this list.
Melissa
Like a true Hastings, Melissa had a very preppy and polished style. She came from money. There were high expectations in her household. So her casual outfits included designer tees and cute tennis skirts, while her fancier garments included some real head-turners.
They may have not suited everyone's taste, but it can surely be agreed that she always looked very put together and stylish.
Kate Randall
Kate Randall was Hanna’s evil stepsister, so she was definitely not a favorite character. When she did pop up in the story, though, she was dressed well. She came from an affluent family, and she had a snobby vibe to her, which was echoed in her polished ensembles. In fact, her clothes may have been a bit too fancy for the average teenager, but she looked great in it all.
Charlotte
Then there was Charlotte, aka Charles DiLaurentis aka CeCe Drake. She had a flair for the dramatic, she owned a boutique, and she loved attention. Therefore, over the years, she, too, was seen in some fashionable clothes. Even her more casual looks were very interesting and colorful, with a festive and exciting feel to them.
Alison
Once upon a time, Alison DiLaurentis was the queen bee in Rosewood. All the girls wanted to be friends with her, and all the guys wanted to date her. As an It Girl, she dressed in a fun and flirty way.
When she returned home, everything was different, including her wardrobe; she had matured, and she became a teacher, so she wore modest outfits.
Ashley
The most fashionable parent on the show was, by far, Ashley Marin, and a ion for fashion was something she shared with Hanna. As a hardworking professional, many of her scenes showed her in suits, blazers, and skirts, but they were always very sleek and trendy. She enjoyed putting a flirty flair on her looks. Her hair and makeup were always perfect. She even dressed as a naughty nurse one year for Halloween! She wasn't a regular mom; she was a cool mom.
Mona
Someone else who was very into fashion was Mona Vanderwaal. She used to be known as a loser, but she went through a transformation with Han, as they became the popular girls in school.
Designer accessories, picturesque hairstyles, and ensembles with some glitz and glam were always being seen on this character. Even though some of her best items were shoplifted, she knew how to style a look, make an entrance, and nail an outfit.
Spencer
Spencer Hastings had a preppy wardrobe, and over the years, she had some of the best outfits on the show. The items were always clean and crisp with high quality to them. She loved a knee-high sock and a good trench coat. And she wore some amazing gowns at different parties and proms, such as this green, velvet, halter-style one, pictured here; she wore it the fairytale-themed prom.
Aria
The character with the most unique sense of style, of course, was Aria Montgomery. She was never afraid to experiment and be herself, meaning she mixed prints, colors, and patterns and piled on the accessories!
While some may say that she wore some crazy outfits throughout the show, there were some vivid and vibrant stand-out pieces that definitely earned her a top spot on this list. Plus, she was always a surprise; Hanna always looked glam, Spencer always looked preppy, and Emily always looked sporty. Aria, however, could do any of those and so much more.
Hanna
And in the number-one position would be Ms. Hanna Marin! Fashion was everything to this girl. She read magazines to keep up with trends, she bought (and stole) luxury pieces, and she ended up starting her own fashion brand. She was a true icon, and she deserves to win this category, as she was the most stylish character on PLL. Just look at the outfits pictured here... So good.
