According to a post from the official PlayStation X , a new State of Play will take place on June 4 at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT. The event will be broadcast on both PlayStation's official YouTube and Twitch channels. PlayStation Blog also confirmed the show will be 40 minutes long and that it "highlights a selection of great games from creators across the globe."

Closer Looks At Several Games Coming To PS5

There hasn't been any confirmation about what will be shown at the State of Play tomorrow, but we can expect to see footage of some already announced games and potentially some new announcements. Industry insider and journalist Jeff Grubb previously revealed that PlayStation was unsure if it was going to do a smaller State of Play or a large Showcase event and that PlayStation seemed "guarded" about the event, leading to some speculation that there could be a big announcement at the show.

As PlayStation's official blog post mentions "creators across the globe," it's possible that we could see an announcement of the final part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy (which might be several leaks and new rumors earlier this week for it and other RE titles. With a release date of October 2, Ghost of Yotei seems likely to be shown again. This is all speculation, of course, and there are no confirmed titles for the show yet.

Fans are already in the YouTube chat discussing what could be shown, mentioning titles like Persona 6, FF7 Remake part 3, RE9, Ghost of Yotei, and Marvel's Wolverine.

While nothing has been confirmed for the show, fans won't have long to wait, and with Grubb stating that PlayStation seems quite cagey about this event, this could be the first big gaming event of the summer. Summer Games Fest is set to begin later this week on June 7.
