There are gambling opportunities, daily objectives, et cetera. There are plenty of different kinds of races, too. Currently, the player can earn three times the normal rewards (cash and RP) for participating in a Parachute Race. These are pretty quick and can net plenty of rewards for minimal effort. Parachuting affords a great view, too. This guide will explain how to find a Parachute Race in GTA Online and the basics of the race.
How to a Parachute Race in GTA Online
The player can a parachute race quickly simply by finding it in the Job menu. Enter the pause menu and navigate to the Online Tab and then click on Jobs. From here, the player can find Parachute jobs as the last option under the Rockstar Created tab. There are plenty of races to choose from but they will all yield three times the normal amount of cash and RP this week. Once the player has ed a Parachute Race lobby, they can then choose whether they want to bet on themselves. Even if the player doesn't, they will still earn rewards for participating in the race. Winning isn't even necessary!
The race itself is pretty straightforward. The player simply jumps from their plane and then makes their way through the blue checkpoint rings. It's probably a good idea to release the parachute quickly upon abandoning the plane so that none of the checkpoints are missed as each one the player hits will add to the final score. Hitting the center of the checkpoint will earn more points as well.
With each jump, the player will have a main parachute and a reserve parachute. It's always an option to let one go, free fall for a bit, and then activate the second one, if the player wants to get to the ground a little quicker. Keep in mind, though, finishing with a face-plant does result in a point deduction. Regardless, participating in a Parachute Race is a surefire way to earn some easy money and RP, so make the most of this opportunity while it's active this week.
