One-Punch Man's third season is finally on the way, and a new fan animation is getting fans excited about the next installment of Saitama's adventures. The animation, created by Atserc on YouTube, chronicles one of Saitama's most daring attacks yet, his Serious Punch², which has the potential to destroy the entire world.
Since One-Punch Man season three's release window was just recently announced by the official @opm_anime on X, now is the ideal time for this stunning fan short to be released.
New Fan Animated Short Depicts Saitama at His Strongest Ever
Saitama’s Serious Punch², His Mightiest Attack, Is Finally on Display
In the one-minute-long video, One-Punch Man's protagonist, Saitama, unveils Serious Punch², one of his most famous abilities. The entire premise of One-Punch Man, as the title alludes to, is that Saitama is capable of defeating villains with merely one punch, which does have a downside, since his ease of winning battles often leaves him feeling bored. Aside from his usual attacks, Saitama has a leveled-up set of powers called Serious Moves, one of which is the Serious Punch² that is focused on in Atserc's fan animation project that recreates a key One-Punch Man manga moment.
In the scene, Saitama battles against a particularly difficult adversary and realizes he must pull out his most complex set of attacks in order to achieve victory. The animation features the subsequent explosions and blasts of light and energy as Saitama's Serious Punch² wreaks absolute havoc on not just his enemy, but on the earth as a whole. The clip ends with Saitama and his opponent disappearing from view, blown out of sight by the sheer force of Saitama's Serious Punch², which speaks to how overwhelmingly unbeatable the attack really is.
The Fan-made Clip Sets High Expectations for Season Three’s Animation
It Was Recently Announced That One-Punch Man Season Three Will Debut This Fall, October 2025
One-Punch Man season three will debut this fall, sometime in October 2025, as reported by the official One-Punch Man X . A poster was also included along with the announcement, offering a sneak peek at the characters who will appear in the episodes. This news was particularly well-received by fans of the series, because One-Punch Man concluded in July 2019, over six years ago. Since season 2 wrapped up, manga readers have been eagerly awaiting new episodes that will continue bringing the action-packed story they have grown to love to screens everywhere.

If One-Punch Man Season 3 Wants to Succeed, It Better Learn From this Epic Short
One-Punch Man season 3 is slotted for 2025, and success is all but guaranteed if it can bring back the excitement of the anime’s major fight scenes.
Atserc's animation has given J.C. Staff some big shoes to fill by animating one of the manga's best scenes so exquisitely. The level of detail present in the animated short is difficult for even large animation studios to achieve, so it is a true sign of this creator's talent that they managed to animate such a masterpiece by themselves. This One-Punch Man video shows Saitama in his absolute prime, and fans can only hope that all of season three's various fight scenes will be just as epic as the one shown in this animated short.
