While Night Court season 3 will see the sitcom revival return with another slate of low-stakes cases for Judge Abby Stone. The Big Bang Theory’s Melissa Rauch plays the laidback daughter of the original show’s hero, Harry Stone, as she is aided by her mentor, John Larroquette's Dan Fielding. Larroquette’s character isn’t the only familiar face who returns for the revival, with other ing stars also coming back.

Earlier in 2024, it was announced that Night Court season 3’s new character would be Wendie Malick’s DA Julianne Walters, a former career criminal with a longstanding grudge against Dan for putting her behind bars before she cleaned up her act. Before this new arrival, Night Court season 2 reunited Rauch with her The Big Bang Theory co-star Kunal Nayyar when Raj’s actor played a fashion designer in the sitcom revival. Recently, Civic Entertainment Group revealed that an episode of Night Court season 3 will reunite Rauch with another former co-star whose work helped reshape The Big Bang Theory.

Mayim Bialik, who played Amy Farrah Fowler in The Big Bang Theory, will appear as a fictionalized version of herself in Night Court season 3. Her role on the show sounds surprisingly meta, as the synopsis says Abby is excited to meet the Blossom star until she learns that this fictional version of Bialik has been stalking her. While The Big Bang Theory’s Amy wasn't perfect, she never quite stooped to the level of stalking her friends. However, she was one of the show’s more offbeat characters, which was quite an achievement within The Big Bang Theory’s milieu.

For its first three seasons, The Big Bang Theory mostly centered on a quartet of male nerds and one patient woman's attempts to help them socialize.
