Ranging from including certain characters in the series more often to making certain deaths permanent, these ideas are extremely controversial, but some of them could have potentially changed My Hero Academia for the better.
10 Deku Should’ve Kept His Quirk
Deku Never Should Have Lost His Quirk in the Final Chapters of the Story
One of My Hero Academia's most shocking scenes was at the very end, when Deku's One For All Quirk fizzled out entirely, never to be used again. Some viewers readily embraced the change, stating that by becoming Quirkless again, Deku was able to fulfill his dream of being a teacher who inspires and leads others instead, thanking U.A. High for the education it offered him.
However, others disagreed with the decision to restore Deku to his Quirkless state. Deku worked so hard to master One For All and having all of his efforts vanish suddenly was unsatisfying in a way. Deku will always be a hero, Quirk or no Quirk, but if his Quirk had stayed for good, he could have kept All Might's power alive.

There are two main classes in My Hero Academia's Hero Course, Class 1-A and Class 1-B. Sadly though, only Class 1-A, Deku's class, receives the bulk of the attention and acclaim, while Class 1-B fades into the background, usually only used in the story when they are in direct rivalry with Class 1-A, like during the t Training Battle in season five.
There are a number of interesting, dynamic heroes in Class 1-B, like Neito Monoma and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, for example. These characters are every bit as compelling as 1-A's students, but because they happen to be in the other class, they do not receive the screentime they deserve. Class 1-B should have been given more development that gave the students a more notable role in My Hero Academia, rather than just being one-dimensional enemies of Class 1-A.

One of My Hero Academia's most surprising, tragic moments was when Bakugo temporarily died to save Deku from harm. This scene was made even more moving by the fact that Bakugo once despised Deku, but changed his perception of the fellow hero so much that he was willing to die just so Deku could survive unscathed.
Bakugo's death was not permanent though, and the Pro Hero Edgeshot managed to bring the U.A. High student back to life. Although many viewers were thrilled to have Bakugo back, since he is such a major part of My Hero Academia, others were disappointed that the impact of his death was virtually erased by his return. Had Bakugo stayed dead, the tone of the story would have gone to a much darker place, and the stakes of the fight would have shifted.
4 Endeavor Did Not Deserve a Redemption Arc

Endeavor's redemption arc has received extremely mixed reviews from My Hero Academia viewers. Some fans appreciate his commitment to improving and paying for his past wrongdoings, but others are not convinced that Enji Todoroki deserves this opportunity after all the unspeakable abuse he subjected his family to.
Endeavor's actions permanently damaged his relationships with his family , and even if he apologizes and promises to do better, he can never fully remove the negative impact he had in the past. The way Endeavor treated the Todoroki family is difficult to stomach, and it is fully understandable that some viewers are not ready to offer the former Pro Hero a second chance.

In order to encom all three years of their high school experience at a minimum, My Hero Academia should have been extended, even just a few more chapters. The story is undeniably fantastic, but more time could have helped tie up some loose ends regarding the students' school days.
