Warning: Major spoilers for episode 2 of MobLand ahead
The pressure is turned up on episode 1 introduced the Harrigan Irish crime family, their inner circle, and their primary rivals, the Stevensons, episode 2 ratcheted up the action and the danger. After Eddie Harrigan and Tommy Stevenson's fateful night at the club together, all of Richie Stevenson's attention turned to Eddie to explain his son's disappearance, as Eddie was the last one to see him alive and they famously hated each other.
Conrad is still dealing with his own conscience after his murder of Archie, which may have been more justified than it first seemed. Harry believes Archie could have been "a grass", or a police informant, given that Harry was hauled in by the police the next day and questioned about Archie. After Richie Stevenson's thugs make an attempt to grab and/or kill Eddie, Harry tracks down the club manager (who saw Eddie and Tommy together) in a desperate attempt to locate the youngest Stevenson with his own daughter's life apparently hanging in the balance after a threat from Richie.

The man from the club reveals that he did the knife work himself, as his father used to be a butcher, and he was able to perform the task quickly and with care.

Although the question of whether Tommy is alive or not has been answered, episode 2 does not reveal the identity of Tommy's murderer. When he was last seen alive, he was being led away by Eddie after they escaped the bouncers chasing them after Eddie's stabbing. While there is certainly reason to believe that Eddie might have been the one to actually kill Tommy, there are plenty of other parties who might be interested in framing the Harrigans, and kicking off a gang war between them and the Stevensons; they are far from the only two gangs in the city.
What Was Said At The End Of MobLand Episode 2: Translation Explained
Kiko Made A Comment In Spanish Upon Seeing Tommy's Body
Harry Da Souza's two associates, Kiko and Zosia, have demonstrated themselves to be capable in all manner of gang-related activities through the first two episodes of MobLand. It's also been established that Harry and the Harrigans trust them completely. Kiko accompanies Harry to the club as a backup gunman, and sticks with him all the way to the back room where Tommy's body is hidden. Harry asks Kiko to look at the body, and he gives an assessment in Spanish. For those unfamiliar with the language, it may be hard to parse out what was said at an important moment.
Upon seeing the body, Kiko calmly says, "La madre de Dios...parece la polla de un caballo." Loosely translated and cleaned up for the sake of appropriateness, he's saying, "Mother of God...he has a horse's penis." The reference to Tommy Stevenson's anatomy is actually spelled out by the club manager directly after, who doesn't understand Spanish but can guess what Kiko's big takeaway from seeing the body would be. It's a rare moment of humor mixed into an extremely dark scene, but it does nothing to dull the seriousness of what happened from a plot standpoint.
What Tommy's Death Means For Harry & The Harrigans In MobLand
It's A Major Escalation Of The Rapidly-Brewing Tensions
Richie Stevenson made his position extremely clear in episode 2 of MobLand: if something has happened to his son Tommy, it means war between the Harrigans and Stevensons, as he's certain Eddie Harrigan (if not the whole Harrigan clan) was behind his son's death or injury. He wastes no time in proving his threats are not to be taken lightly, as he sends his men to abduct Eddie so that Richie can question him directly, which results in a bullet-riddled car chase. This came after he surrounded and threatened Eddie's father, Kevin, at hidden (but obvious) gunpoint.

MobLand Cast & Character Guide
Guy Ritchie's London-set crime drama boasts some serious star power, as Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren headline a talented cast.
While it obviously means war for the Harrigans, Richie personally threatened Harry when Harry approached him in an attempt to cool things off. He proves with photos that he has eyes on Harry's daughter Gina, and if Harry doesn't manage to produce his son or Eddie Harrigan, then it will be Gina who pays the price. Backing a resourceful and dangerous man like Harry into a corner seems as though it will work out poorly for Richie, and with Harry now aware that Tommy is dead, he'll certainly be taking drastic steps against Richie to protect his family.
What's Going On With Bella In MobLand?
She Appears To Have Her Own Agenda
Eddie's mother Bella Harrigan seems to have her own set of schemes separate from the normal Harrigan crime family business. Episode 2 of MobLand sees her meeting with several parties: her father, who has government ties, a mysterious Frenchman discussing his "clients" and a deal, and Harry. The Frenchman is set on getting his clients to meet Bella's father, and based on context clues it feels safe to assume that there is some sort of illicit activity in the works, and that perhaps his clients want a government to help protect an import/export operation, or something similarly profitable.
Harry and Bella's relationship should continue to be a major source of drama for the rest of MobLand.
Her meeting with Harry is even more mysterious, as they discuss the meeting with the Frenchman, with the clear implication that it's something they've been working on together, or at least that Harry was aware of it. It's also implied that they have an intimate history together, perhaps even as far back as before their respective marriages. It's an intriguing element of the Harrigan family dynamic, as it's already being set up that Harry is sort of the son that Conrad wishes he had; his past relationship with Bella could further inform that notion.
The entire situation could be a callback to something that DI Fisk referred to as he was questioning Harry at the police station. Fisk told Harry that the net was closing in around the Harrigans, and that while Conrad may not be aware of that, Harry certainly was. Whatever Harry and Bella are cooking up could be a way for them to extract or protect themselves from the Harrigans' collective fate once the noose of the law tightens around their neck. Their relationship should continue to be a major source of drama for the rest of MobLand.
