The Michigan State University marching band is the latest group to pay tribute to the late Lee ed away roughly two weeks ago, and fans are still mourning the death of the Marvel comics legend who created and co-created several superheroes that have since been adapted for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Ever since the news broke about Lee's ing, his fans, co-workers, and various industry professionals have been Lee's Hollywood Walk of Fame Star in Los Angeles, and now the Michigan State marching band has ed in on the celebration of Lee's life.

Posting on the official Avengers logo and also the word "Excelsior!," which isn't just the state motto for New York, but Lee's personal catchphrase.
Lee may have created several superheroes for Marvel, but he had also been appearing in cameo roles for TV shows, movies, and video games for quite some time as well. As it so happens, Lee will make some posthumous appearances on screen, given that he had Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
The world no doubt lost a legend when Lee ed away, but his work in the comic and film industry will never be forgotten. In fact, it's unlikely that he will ever be replaced. The massive success of superhero movies isn't showing any sign of slowing down any time soon, and though fans will no doubt mourn the loss of Stan Lee, his legacy will live on through his characters, as well as the creative impact he had on modern artists.
