From what I've experienced, this system works by following these steps:

1. Purchase the Pick-Up Bundle.
2. Complete a Challenge to earn a tier of Bundle rewards.
3. Wait until the Pick-Up Bundle recharges over time.
4. Complete another Challenge to earn the next tier of Bundle rewards.
5. Wait for the Pick-Up Bundle to recharge again.
6. Repeat Steps 3-5 until all Bundle rewards are earned.

Each tier of the Pick-Up Bundle takes around the same amount of time to recharge, giving you a way to predict when the next tier of the Bundle unlocks. This system encourages players to to the game multiple times over several days, earning more rewards as Bundle tiers become available again. Thankfully, the challenges tied to the Bundle are far easier to complete than goals in other events present in Marvel Rivals.

Purchase The Event Pack From The Store

You can spend $2.99 USD in the Store to unlock the Pick-Up Bundle, instantly earning you its free reward and setting you on the path to earning the other items within it. Regional pricing may vary, but this cost is far smaller than the Luxury Battle or the amount of Lattice currency required to buy most cosmetics in the game.

Those who have excess Chrono Tokens from the Battle can convert them into Units, which can also be used to purchase the Pick-Up Bundle.

For those who do not want to spend their real-world money directly, there is another way to get the Pick-Up Bundle. Spending 800 blue Units will also unlock the Pick-Up Bundle, giving you its first free reward while starting your progress toward other offerings. Those who've earned enough Units in Marvel Rivals from other events or the Battle may want to spend the in-game currency they have to get this smaller Bundle.
