Love Island USA season 5 is almost here, which means it's time to introduce the all new cast of Islanders who will be moving into Casa Amor to look for lasting love. Hosted by Modern Family's Sarah Hyland, the Peacock iteration of Love Island USA has been a huge success for the streamer. Adopting the classic style of the UK version of Love Island, the series airs six nights per week for several weeks throughout the summer. During the Love Island USA season, singles flock to a tropical beach destination and compete as they couple up with one another in an intense experience that ends with one couple left standing.

Love Island USA was originally brought across the pond on CBS, in a different iteration hosted by Arielle Vandenberg, but Peacock picked up the series last season and modified it a bit, changing things up, so it would be more like the UK version. For Love Island viewers, the influx of content can be an immersive experience that truly allows the viewers to get a look at exactly what's going on with the cast . For the Islanders, the instant gratification that comes from the show being live when they return to their real lives can be overwhelming, but it makes the Love Island USA cast even more relatable.

Leonardo Dionicio

Leonardo is a 21-year-old salesman from West Hartford, Connecticut, who's looking for love on Love Island USA season 5. Growing up, Leonardo's household was incredibly competitive. He explained to Peacock that his siblings are both incredible athletes, with his twin sister currently playing soccer for Yale. His older brother was a baseball player at UMass-Amherst. A baseball player himself, Leonardo's a classic kind of guy. With the ability to, "see a red flag from a mile away." Leonardo feels that some of the modern dating conventions guys rely on today aren't for him. Instead, he lets his attentive eye and fluency in Spanish speak for itself.

Anna Kurdys

22-year-old Anny Kurdys splits her time between her hometown, Boca Raton, Florida and St. Barthélemy, as she's currently studying Criminal Justice. The daughter of a detective, Anna hopes to follow in her father's career path, and tends to use the resources she has to her advantage, looking up her dates before she meets them. Though she doesn't truly have a type, Anna shared that she feels she's a, "walking red flag," as she jumps from guy to guy often, and considers herself a jealous person. Anna's looking for a guy with a great sounding voice on Love Island USA season 5, and hopes to find a Miles Teller type.

Marco Donatelli

Marco Donatelli is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, but he lives in Boca Raton, Florida as well. As a Chiropractic student, Marco is studying because he doesn't want his future patients to suffer like he did as a former college football player. Known for being, "unapologetically brash." Marco was a troublemaker as a child, and loves the way that he feels when he gets attention. He doesn't have a typical type, and feels that he'd be open to dating someone at any age, as long as he can see a future with the person he chooses.

Destiny Davis

Destiny Davis is a 27-year-old Microbiologist from St. Louis, Missouri. She's a Midwesterner at heart, and loves where she's from, but with a Southern heritage, she's open to a Southern man sweeping her off her feet. Destiny's type isn't totally defined, but she loves a tall man, and hopes to find someone who she can build a future with. Raised by a strong mother, and coming from an incredibly tight-knit family, Destiny knows she has high standards. She hopes someone on Love Island USA season 5 can meet them – or better, exceed them.

Keenan Anunay

Keenan lives in Atlanta, Georgia, but originally hails from Washington, DC. He's currently a student, and at 23, doesn't feel like he's ever really settled down into a relationship. Keenan is hoping that Love Island USA can help him to emotionally invest in a relationship, since football tends to take up the majority of his time. Though he hasn't been in a serious relationship before, Keenan has, "called out a girl fir catfishing him" in the past. He isn't afraid to speak his mind when it comes to matters of the heart.

Vickala "Kay Kay" Gray

Vickala "Kay Kay" Gray is a 25-year-old Travel Nurse from Palestine, Texas, who was raised as a true country girl. Kay Kay can get jealous, and she has a bit of a history in of not being able to trust her partners. In her most recent relationship, Kay Kay thought she'd found the one, until she found out that he had a wife and a family he'd been hiding from her. As a travel nurse, Kay Kay likes to stray far from home, but she always comes back to her, "down and dirty" roots. She hopes to find someone who enjoys the same lifestyle she does.

Victor Gonzalez

Originally from Spain, Victor Gonzalez is a student and wrestler who's currently living in Atlanta, Georgia. Victor grew up in a traditional Spanish family, and even competed and won a National Wrestling Championship in Spain. After earning a scholarship to study in the United States, Victor found himself experiencing culture shock when he moved to Atlanta. He keeps himself busy by working at children's parties as his celebrity lookalike, Jason Momoa's Aquaman. However, het finds it, "a bit awkward, especially when the moms...want to take more pictures with him than their kids."

Kassy Castillo

Louisiana native Kassy Castillo is 22-years-old, and is currently living in Fort Worth, Texas, where she's studying real estate. Her family is Peruvian and Mexican, but Kassy has been in Texas for the last several years, having graduated from high school in the state. As someone who, "falls in love easily," Love Island USA may be a great experience for Kassy. She says she typically chooses the wrong guys, but she's hoping that Love Island USA change the game for her.

Carsten "Bergie" Bergersen

Hailing from Cottage Grove, Minnesota, Carsten "Bergie" Bergersen is a 23-year-old Dairy Queen manager who's living in Madison, South Dakota. Bergie comes from an incredibly small town, and his nickname has been ed down from his grandfather and father before him. He's an incredibly attentive guy, ing, "even the smallest details from meeting someone." He feels that he's a hopeless romantic. Bergie's hoping to make a real connection on Love Island USA season 5. He's looking to have a relationship last longer than his current record of 10 months.

Jasmine Sklavanitis

Originally from the small town of Mount Morris, Illinois, Jasmine Sklavanitis knows what it's like to have to make her own fun. She spent her childhood looking for things to do around her tiny town, and currently lives in Nashville, Tennessee, after packing her bags on a whim. post-breakup. A Trauma Stepdown ICU nurse, Jasmine typically dates tall, dark haired guys with tattoos. Though she doesn't feel it's necessarily a pre-requisite, she's at least hoping to find someone who she doesn't have to play games with on Love Island USA.
