Kena s properties like Among UsTron, and Enter the Gungeon, all of which have already made appearances in the popular party game.

Made by first-time game developer Ember Lab, Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a third-person action-adventure game set in a world full of spirits and monsters. The most important of these spirits are the Rot, small coal-colored creatures that decay and break down once-living materials to continue the cycle of life and death. They're among the most important characters in the game, and will assist Kena in combat and solving puzzles. That prominence is reflected by their inclusion in the Fall Guys costume pack.

In a recent tweet, the Kena: Bridge of Spirits releases following a delay in July. The Kena costume will follow three days later.

Along with the news of the release, the tweet indicated that the costumes will each cost a total of ten crowns, five for the upper body and five for the lower body. Crowns are in-game currency for Fall Guys acquired by winning shows - game matches of up to 40 players - or leveling up the Battle for the current season. Unlike Kudos, another of the game's currencies, Crowns can't be purchased with real money, and thus fans will have to play the game to buy the new skins.

With its release coming soon, adding costumes from Kena: Bridge of Spirits to Fall Guys makes a lot of sense for both properties. Kena and the Rot are a great match for the Fall Guys aesthetic, and if the game's a success fans will likely jump at the chance to purchase the new skins. If Kena turns out to be as fun as it looks, it could even bring back Fall Guys players who have dropped off in the year since the game's release. Even if it's not, as cute as the characters are it's likely that fans will play a few extra shows in hopes of nabbing those costumes for themselves.
