InZOI has a unique approach to life simulation. While The Sims lets players control every aspect of their characters’ lives, InZOI takes a more open-ended approach. It allows players to manage relationships, careers, and daily activities, but with more depth and complexity. InZOI also stands out because of its graphics and world-building. A sequel to the highly popular Metroidvania Hollow Knight, it was announced on February 14, 2019, and fans have eagerly awaited its release. Hollow Knight was a huge success, known for its beautiful world, tough gameplay, and deep story.

However, despite the excitement, Silksong still doesn't have a release date, though it's rumored it could be on its way soon. Fans have been left waiting for years with no clear timeline for when they can actually play it. This long delay has caused some frustration, especially since it was initially expected to come out much sooner.

On the other hand, InZOI is ready to release on March 27, 2025, and fans don’t have to wait as long. Unlike Silksong, InZOI has a set release date and has already shared demos that show off character and house designs. I am definitely among those looking forward to playing both games. I love Metroidvanias, and Hollow Knight was my first step into the genre, and I’m also a huge fan of life sims. Despite that, it is surprising to me that InZOI has beaten Silksong in the number of wishlists. While fans are still waiting for Hollow Knight: Silksong, InZOI is about to release and will be available to play soon.
