Our Take On Industry Season 4's New Cast

What To Expect From Their Roles

The new cast should infuse some fresh energy into Industry season 4. Judging by Toheeb Jimoh's charisma in Ted Lasso, his turn as a trader should promise some keen wit, but also a fair amount of resolve. His ability to balance vulnerability with ambition could make him a compelling presence in Industry at Mostyn Asset Management, potentially challenging Pierpoint's dominance in the financial world.

Kiernan Shipka grew up on screen as Sally Draper in Mad Men, and is certainly no stranger to cutthroat workplaces and complex power dynamics, suggesting she should bring some calculated ambition to her executive assistant. As Hayley Clay, she could channel the same quiet resilience and intelligence that defined Sally Draper, making her a formidable player in Industry's ever-intensifying corporate battlefield.

Industry season 4 is expected to premiere sometime in 2026.
