Hulu’s best movies of April 2025 feature a lot of great options with something for movie lovers of all tastes. Hulu has grown into one of the biggest streaming platforms around, thanks largely to its robust television offerings, which include acclaimed series like Shōgun and The Bear. However, the platform also offers subscribers a large movie library with classic movies, new releases, and even some Hulu-exclusive options.
Hulu was met with considerable backlash last month when their first attempt at live-streaming the Oscars ceremony was plagued by technical issues. However, perhaps in a way that will make it up to fans a little bit, this year's Best Picture winner is now available on Hulu. Along with Anora, Timothée Chalamet's Oscar-nominated performance in A Complete Unknown has arrived. Hulu subscribers have their choice of recent blockbusters, like Alien Romulus, acclaimed original content, like Palm Springs, and beloved classics like Heat.

- Fresh (2022) [Horror Comedy] - A brutal parable about the perils of modern dating, Daisy Edgar-Jones plays a woman who discovers her new love interest, Sebastian Stan, has some disturbing tastes.

- Bullet Train (2022) [Action Comedy] - Brad Pitt finds himself on a speeding train filled with more than a few unruly engers.
- Kill (2024) [Action] - A man boards a train in order to stop his true love from getting married, but this is definitely not a rom-com, as he soon finds a train filled with knife-wielding thugs to take on.
- Anora (2024) [Comedy Drama] - This year's winner of Best Picture proves that indie movies can compete with the big studio blockbusters as long as there is enough yelling.
- O'Dessa (2025) [Fantasy] - Stranger Things star Sadie Sink leads this musically inclined post-apocalyptic adventure that feels like a lost cult movie of the 1980s.
- A Complete Unknown (2024) [Drama] - Timothée Chalamet gives a commanding performance that shows that becoming one of the most influential musicians of all time means making a lot of people angry.
