Marvel's Weapon H has one key advantage over Logan, as the Hulk hybrid hero is much more disciplined than his clawed-counterpart, which is by design. In Totally Awesome Hulk #21 by Marvel Comics, the creation of Weapon H by the Weapon X program is revealed, where it's said he's more like Wolverine "but with far more discipline and control," making him the perfect candidate to become the monstrous hero.
Weapon H is the creation of Weapon X's Project Batch-H division, as they captured former mercenary Clayton Cortez and turned him into a hybrid version of the Hulk and Wolverine through a series of dangerous experiments. Weapon H was derived from the DNA of Amadeus Cho's Hulk and Old Man Logan while having genetic material from Domino, Lady Deathstrike, Warpath, and Sabretooth. Coated with the same adamantium as Wolverine was subjected to, Weapon H became one of the deadliest hybrid heroes ever, as he carried the most dangerous aspects of Hulk and Logan, including a key advantage when it comes to controlling his powers.
In Totally Awesome Hulk #21 by Greg Pak, Robert Gill, Nolan Woodard, and VC's Cory Petit, the transformation of Clayton Cortez from H-Alpha to Weapon H is revealed. Doctor Alba, the chief scientist for Weapon X's Vat H experiments, shares that she's using the DNA from Amadeus Cho's Hulk and Wolverine to create a different kind of monster. She reveals Weapon H will be like Wolverine, but with the key advantage of having much more discipline and control regarding his incredible powers.
The true extent of Weapon H's discipline and control would become apparent in Weapon X #11 by Marvel Comics, where Old Man Logan attacks the Hulk-Wolverine hybrid. Despite getting sliced in the face and having his spine ripped, Weapon H doesn't react with rage but instead calmly stops the clawed hero. Doctor Alba taunts Wolverine by telling him that Weapon H has "all of your powers and all of the Hulk's strength... but none of your emotional volatility." Considering both Wolverine and Hulk are driven by emotions and rage, the fact that Weapon H isn't is a massive advantage over the heroes he was designed from.
Being a more disciplined version of Wolverine while also being able to somewhat control his rage from the Hulk makes Weapon H a special kind of experiment hero. Unlike Wolverine, he doesn't lack discipline or control, at least to the same extent as the mutant whose DNA is a part of him. As a result, the Wolverine-Hulk hybrid maintains a key advantage over Logan. Rage will never blind Weapon H as it does Wolverine.
