Skaar's introduction in the Hulk-related MCU characters are expected to have bigger roles in the near future.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law already brought back Emil Blonsky a.k.a. "The Abomination" after several years of absence and a small role in The Incredible Hulk. And now, Skaar, Hulk's son, is set to appear in at least one future movie or show, which will likely explain when exactly he was born. There are various possible MCU installments where this could happen.
Planet Hulk
In Marvel Comics' Planet Hulk storyline, Hulk is exiled from Earth by the Illuminati. After landing in Sakaar, Hulk becomes a gladiator and overthrows the Red Son's tyrant regime. Hulk then falls in love with live-action Planet Hulk movie could reveal the Red King's role behind the Grandmaster's tournament, as well as the evolution of Hulk's consciousness, his romance with Caiera the Oldstrong, and at least a brief look at a younger Skaar.
World War Hulk(s)
In the source material, Hulk returns from Sakaar after Caiera's death to exact revenge on the Illuminati for exiling him. Stronger than ever, the powerful "World Breaker Hulk" battles multiple Marvel heroes such as Sentry, Hercules, and the Fantastic Four, but he's stopped when he learns that he has been betrayed. Hulk only meets Skaar after he's imprisoned for his actions in World War Hulk, but an MCU adaptation of the comic book storyline could take creative liberties with the movie and introduce Skaar earlier. After all, Hulk not only returned peacefully to Earth in the MCU, but he also merged with Bruce Banner to give way to the calm but weaker Smart Hulk. So, Bruce Banner's transformation into the raging World-Breaker Hulk could be accompanied by Skaar's anti-hero role, either as Hulk's ally or a foil to his destructive plans.
Otherwise, the MCU could skip World War Hulk in favor of World War Hulks. Marvel's World War Hulks sees many heroes transform into Hulks themselves, including General Thunderbolt Ross, who transforms into Red Hulk and Betty Ross, who transforms into the Red She-Hulk. The MCU could limit its Hulked out characters to the latter two, with Skaar and Jennifer Walters also ing the fight. An MCU World War Hulks movie would be the closest thing to a direct The Incredible Hulk sequel, with Hulk, She-Hulk, Skaar, Red Hulk, Red She-Hulk, The Leader, Abomination, and perhaps Doc Samson all fighting it out. The Leader's role in Captain America: New World Order could even set up World War Hulks' rise of new Gamma mutations in the MCU.
Son Of Hulk
Skaar's independent journey in the comics starts after the events of Planet Hulk and World War Hulk. He arrives on Earth and transforms back into a human for the first time, though he promptly meets the classic angry Hulk, s forces with Bruce Banner, and even fights Wolverine's son, Daken. It may be too early to release an MCU Son of Hulk movie or show after She-Hulk: Attorney At Law given that Marvel Studios hasn't explained what exactly happened in Sakaar. However, once Hulk's offscreen story is clarified, the MCU could develop Skaar as a standalone character with his own Disney+ series. The MCU's Skaar doesn't seem to be as feral as his comic book counterpart, who's usually depicted as a Rambo-like unstoppable warrior who has to survive by himself on an unfamiliar planet. Instead, the MCU's Skaar may decide to stick with his father, who could need a hand if he eventually loses control of his Smart Hulk persona and transforms back into the angry Hulk once again. A small-scale story with Hulk and Skaar as co-protagonists in the style of Logan wouldn't hurt the MCU.
Young Avengers
The MCU's more serene Skaar is a good fit for Skaar s the Young Avengers in his place, as he's a more direct Hulk parallel. Although Skaar isn't close to the Young Avengers in the comics, Mark Ruffalo's Smart Hulk could decide to find him a spot in the team of Avengers mentees in order to teach his son to be a hero.
Dark Avengers
One team that Skaar was actually a member of in the comics is Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers. Like the Young Avengers, Osborn's team is made up of original Avenger parallels like Bullseye, who stands in for Hawkeye; Daken who fills the role of Wolverine; and Norman Osborn, who uses the Iron Patriot armor to convince the public that he's the next Iron Man. What Norman Osborn didn't expect was that Skaar was a double agent sent by Steve Rogers. Considering Wil Deusner's Skaar is set up to be the next generation's Hulk, the MCU's eventual Dark Avengers movie could stay close to the source material. For now, the MCU will first introduce a different team with questionable pasts, the Thunderbolts. Valentina Allegra de Fontaine's Thunderbolts is unlikely to add a young and inexperienced Hulk. But still, Skaar could be either tempted to or infiltrate them like he did in the comics.
