Using Feixiao’s best builds and team comps in characters in Honkai: Star Rail 2.5.

In addition to this, Feixiao is capable of either inflicting damage or depleting an opponent’s Toughness bar via her Ultimate – because she wields two weapons, you can choose which of the weapons to attack with during the skill, giving her an extra layer of strategy. Furthermore, Feixiao’s Technique allows her to pull overworld enemies into a whirlwind around her, rendering them incapable of attacking you, and then striking for damage that scales based on how many enemies she pulled in. However, before taking advantage of her combat capabilities, you will need to work on Feixiao’s build.

Once the wearer’s turn ends, one stack of Luminflux is removed. This is tailor-made for Feixiao, who consistently deals follow-up attacks and can keep the stacks refreshed. She also deals a large amount of damage via her Ultimate, making it the best choice for her builds in the game. If you do not have access to I Venture Forth To Hunt, there are other 5-star alternatives you can use. Worrisome, Blissful is the second-best Light Cone for Feixiao. For reference, this is the strongest Light Cone for Topaz’s build in Honkai: Star Rail and her signature weapon.

By equipping Worrisome, Blissful, the gets an 18% CRIT Rate bonus and their follow-up attack’s DMG is increased by 30%. After the launches a follow-up attack, they apply Tame to the target, up to two stacks. When allies hit Tamed targets, every stack increases the CRIT DMG dealt by 12%. This works wonders for Feixiao and, while it takes a bit away from her own protagonist as a DPS, it allows the rest of Feixiao’s team comp to have more active roles when it comes to damage output in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail Leaks: New 5-Star Herta Might Be A Game-Changer For Your Team Comps

There are rumors of a new 5-star form for Herta in Honkai: Star Rail, and her abilities seem surprisingly good in of damage output.

If these 5-star Light Cones are not at your disposal, you can always use the F2P (free-to-play) Light Cone called Cruising in the Stellar Sea. The weapon increases the ’s CRIT Rate by 8% and their CRIT Rate against enemies with HP less than or equal to 50% by an additional 8%. Furthermore, when the defeats an opponent, their ATK is buffed by 20% for two turns. The effects are less specific around Feixiao’s own abilities, but the CRIT Rate and ATK bonuses are great for her as a DPS.

Cruising in the Stellar Sea is also easily upgraded to S5 (Superimposition level 5) via investment in Honkai: Star Rail’s Simulated Universe. This raises the CRIT Rate buffs to 16% each and the ATK buff to 40%.

If there are no 5-star Hunt Light Cones at your disposal, you may use a temporary 4-star weapon. Final Victor and Swordplay are reliable 4-star Light Cones for Feixiao, with great ATK, CRIT, and DMG bonuses. However, these should only really be equipped if you don’t have Cruising in the Stellar Sea. As a F2P Light Cone, that is the go-to Light Cone for Feixiao’s build if you don’t have access to the Light Cones like I Venture Forth to Hunt in Honkai: Star Rail.

In addition to her Light Cone, Feixiao’s Relics and Ornaments play an important part in her build. Currently, the best Relic set for Feixiao is The Wind-Soaring Valorous. With two pieces equipped, the gets a 12% ATK increase. With four pieces, their CRIT Rate is boosted by 6% and after they launch a follow-up attack, the DMG dealt by their Ultimate is increased by 30% for one turn. Seeing how Feixiao relies on her follow-up attacks to build up power for her Ultimate (especially with her signature Light Cone), this is nearly perfect for her in Honkai: Star Rail.

The Ashblazing Grand Duke is also a spectacular Relic set for Feixiao, though fully focused on empowering her follow-up attacks.

When it comes to Ornaments, you will have a few options that will also help determine the structure of her team comps. Feixiao’s best Ornament set is, arguably, Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves. When allies use follow-up attacks, the wearer gains one stack of Merit, up to five times. Each stack increases the DMG dealt by the ’s follow-up attacks by 5% and, when there are five stacks, the gets an extra 25% CRIT DMG.

The Izumo Gensei and Takama Divine Realm Ornament set allows you to have more freedom in team comps and not rely on other follow-up attack characters. The gets a 12% ATK buff and, upon entering battle, if at least one ally follows the same Path (in Feixiao’s case, the Hunt), the ’s CRIT Rate increases by 12%. Firmament Frontline Glamoth is also a good choice if you are building Feixiao’s SPD to greater heights. In addition to the 12% ATK increase, the set gives the 12%/18% more DMG if their SPD is equal to or higher than 135/160.

Energy Regeneration Rate is a good sub-stat to have to fuel her Ultimate.

Best Team Comps For Feixiao

Follow-Up Teams Make Feixiao Thrive In Combat

The team comps for Feixiao can be varied, but the best ones for her are centered around follow-up mechanics. As such, aided by a follow-up sub-DPS like Topaz & Numby, Jade, or even March 7th (Hunt) in Honkai: Star Rail, Feixiao can excel marvelously. A like Robin in such a team can also boost its performance significantly. Of course, you will also need a sustain character, and Aventurine and Lingsha are among the best for Feixiao due to their own follow-up attacks.

The table below lists a few team comp suggestions for Feixiao:

Best Team Comps For Feixiao In Honkai: Star Rail

Follow-Up Attack Team

  • Feixiao (Wind - Hunt)
  • Topaz (Fire - Hunt), Jade (Quantum - Erudition), or Moze (Lightning - Hunt)
  • Robin (Physical - Harmony)
  • Lingsha (Fire - Abundance) or Aventurine (Imaginary - Preservation)

Hypercarry Team

  • Feixiao (Wind - Hunt)
  • Robin (Physical - Harmony)
  • Ruan Mei (Ice - Harmony) or Tingyun (Lightning - Harmony)
  • Huohuo (Wind - Abundance) or Aventurine (Imaginary - Preservation)

Budget-Friendly (F2P) Team Comp

  • Feixiao (Wind - Hunt)
  • March 7th (Imaginary - Hunt) or Herta (Ice - Erudition)
  • Asta (Fire - Harmony) or Tingyun (Lightning - Harmony)
  • Lynx (Quantum - Abundance) or Gallagher (Fire - Abundance)

If you are not willing to lean into follow-up attack teams, you can also build a hypercarry build around Feixiao, which can see the 5-star Wind character dealing immense amounts of damage. The main thing to be wary of is using the proper Ornaments based on the team. If your team does not launch follow-up attacks regularly, then Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves may not be such a good choice.
