A new leak about Chrysos Heirs in Honkai: Star Rail.
A lot is changing with the update in of gameplay, too, which has introduced Remembrance as a playable Path. This is the first new Path that players can control since the game’s release and it revolves around the usage of summons known as memosprites. Overall, there have been significant changes to the game with Version 3.0, but more is expected to change with the patches. This includes a leaked update to Herta’s Store in Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 and even a possible QoL update to help some players.
Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 May Allow Players To Retrieve Deleted Relics & Light Cones
Leaks Indicate Players Will Be Able To Appeal To Customer Service
According to information provided by the leaker known as Flying Flame, Version 3.1 will introduce a QoL update that will allow players to customer service if they accidentally disassembled a Relic or a Light Cone and appeal for its retrieval. The leak was shared in a post flagged as “Questionable” on Reddit. If this is true, players may have a helpful way of recovering any special or powerful items that may have been accidentally deleted. The comments in the post also mention why such a service could be needed in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Leaks: Free 4-Star Character Is A Huge Disappointment
Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 may offer players a free 4-star character in an event, but the leaked selection of units is quite a disappointment.
While most rare items like 4-star and 5-star Relics and Light Cones are automatically locked, some Reddit s comment that it’s possible that some of these items are deleted if the player’s is used by another person, be that a friend or a hacker. If the leak is true, this could be a helpful way of mitigating the damage done by external forces other than the players themselves. It’s extremely troublesome to obtain high-quality Light Cones and usable Relics in Honkai: Star Rail, so the rumored ability to recover any of them is more than welcome.
Leaked Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 Service Seems Troublesome
It’s Best If Players Protect Their s & Items
Despite how great such a system would be for some players, it does sound like it could be troublesome. With the lack of more details, it’s possible to speculate that players may have to report what items they lost, with which stats, and when that all occurred, to only then wait for customer service to locate what players want to be restored and see that be delivered back to them. It’s useful, but seeing how much work may be needed, it’s ultimately better if players just protect their Honkai: Star Rail s by not sharing them.

Honkai Star Rail 3.1 Leaks: Tribbie's Kit Proves She Has An Unexpected Gameplay Design
Details about Tribbie’s gameplay kit in Honkai: Star Rail 3.1 have leaked and she may not be the character everyone expected her to be.
For now, the leak should be taken with a grain of salt as it may be incorrect, incomplete, or subject to changes – even if the leak is true, such an update could also be postponed to another patch other than Version 3.1. Hopefully, the report is accurate as it would be a great countermeasure in case players had a mishap with their and deleted certain important items from Honkai: Star Rail.
