Kate chose to get the credit and upgrade her prize.

Kate ended up choosing a Toyota Rav 4. She's clearly pleased with her choice, and was excited to share the behind-the-scenes info about being able to upgrade her prize, which isn't widely known. Kate's fiancé, Chad made an appearance in her video, and it ends with her hugging and kissing the actual car as The Price is Right's iconic theme song played.
