These show up as diamond icons and usually represent a smaller side objective away from your current goal. Not all of these POI areas give our Super Credits as a reward, but they always have a possibility of other good prizes if you complete them anyway in Helldivers 2.
As of this time of writing, there are some issues on the PC version of Helldivers 2 that could prevent you from earning Super Credits through POI objectives. Some of these tasks may include destroying different buildings or defending certain zones. Only 10 Super Credits are usually offered through these side missions, so only engage with them when they won't deplete you of too many resources.
