He has very specific ideas about the wizarding world and he will do anything to avoid having his mind changed, and he truly embodies the classic motto of "my way or the highway".
Gemini - Severus Snape
Severus Snape may have spent the latter half of his life doing everything in his power to defeat the evil that he once ed, but that doesn't magically erase the fact that he was a Death Eater and true dark wizard before Lily Potter's death, nor does it negate the fact that he terrorized Harry Potter and the rest of his students for years.
However, the duality of Snape's personality seems to perfectly suit the dual nature of Gemini.
Cancer - Draco Malfoy
Among a cruel bully and he thought he believed in everything his parents did, until he had to put his money where his mouth is and become a Death Eater.
The conflict between what he wanted to do and what he had to do tore Draco apart, and his empathy won out on some level, which is why the emotional and empathetic Cancer sign best represents him.
Leo - Bellatrix Lestrange
People born under the sign of the Leo only operate on two levels, either they're completely apathetic about something or they're utterly devoted to it.
Much like Bellatrix Lestrange, once a Leo decides they care about something, they will do anything to it or achieve their own goals. Leos are also a very active and aggressive sign, they are never the type to wait and see what happens, so Bella seems like their perfect Potter counterpart.
Virgo - Narcissa Malfoy
Virgos are one of the quietest but strongest signs in astrology. They are never overly ostentatious or attention-seeking, but they are exceptionally pragmatic, and they will always achieve what they set out to do in the end.

As an air sign, Libras are more focused on the mental rather than the physical and emotional, and they can flit from idea to idea in an instant. They also are reluctant to take sides, as they can typically see the pros and cons from any point of view.
So then, it seems like they share a lot in common with Peter Pettigrew, the noncommittal Marauder who got many people killed because he couldn't choose a side and stick to it.
Scorpio - Voldemort
Scorpios are one of the most intense zodiac signs, and while they prefer to remain mysterious, people are very naturally drawn to them anyway. What makes a Scorpio so similar to the Dark Lord is that they are very talented at hiding their true selves from others.
A Scorpio could very easily put on the charming veneer of Tom Riddle while evolving into Lord Voldemort in secret, and they would have a knack for finding other dark wizards to lead towards a revolution as well.
Sagittarius - Barty Crouch Jr.
Although he ultimately failed, Harry Potter fans often don't give Barty Crouch Jr. enough credit for how masterfully he mimicked Professor Moody, or that he managed to befriend and charm Harry into a literal death trap.
Sagittarians can be a little wild and off-the-cuff, but their charm and bravery often gets them through sticky situations and wins them friends along the way, which is why they seem like a perfect analog for someone like the younger Crouch.
Capricorn - Dolores Umbridge
Capricorns are one of the steadiest and most diligent of all the signs. They are very traditional and can be quite rigid, but they are so determined and focused that they almost always get what they want in the end.
Someone like Dolores Umbridge is a pretty picture-perfect evil Capricorn, as her talent for following the rules and using them to her advantage allowed her to ascend to the upper echelons of the Ministry of Magic.
