WB Games Montréal's Gotham Knights Nightwing gameplay recently revealed that the game's version of Dick Grayson has a sadly inferior posterior.
The story of Gotham Knights sees Batgirl, Robin, Red Hood and Nightwing become Gotham City's champions after the untimely death of Batman. Set in a large open-world rendition of the gothic metropolis, the game will let players patrol the streets and rooftops as any of the four protagonists. After a night of detective work and crime fighting players will return to the Belfry, Gotham Knights' answer to the Batcave, in order to upgrade gear or plan the next night's objectives. While the game's main plot will see Batman's successors tangle with the Court of Owls, many other threats will be encountered in side missions. Gotham Knights gives unique gameplay abilities to Nightwing and the other three protagonists, making each hero feel unique to control.
While Gotham Knights intends to put its own spin on the Batfamily's core , the game will make some unusual changes to these iconic characters. For example, the typically lethal vigilante Red Hood uses non-lethal rounds instead of his typically lethal arsenal. Even more strange, perhaps, is the fact that Gotham Knights gives Red Hood a suite of supernatural abilities like the Mystical Leap traversal power. While WB Games Montréal justifies these superpowers by tying them into Red Hood's resurrection, their addition has left a bad taste in the mouths of some fans. Meanwhile, Gotham Knights gives Nightwing a "Flying Trapeze" glider for traversal, which some fans also see as a poor fit for the acrobatic hero. However, Dick Grayson's butt may actually be the most controversial design choice of all.
Gotham Knights Sits On Nightwing's Biggest Asset
Nightwing's backside has become a staple of the character's physical appearance, but Gotham Knights seems unlikely to increase the size of the hero's assets. During a recent Gotham Knights character customization, open-world activities, skill trees and more.
While Gotham Knights seeks to bring Gotham City and its stalwart defenders to life, the game's version of Nightwing and his costumed buttocks are sadly being left flat. Dick Grayson is known for his respectable rump, and this change could be seen as leaving out an essential part of Bludhaven's dedicated defender. However, Gotham Knights director Geoff Ellenor has thankfully left the door open for future anatomical amendments.
