After spending Thanksgiving in Maryland with Joan Vassos and her kids, Chock is now back in his home state of Kansas and away from Joan, according to his latest Instagram Story. In the social media update, he could be seen smiling and posing outside a law firm called The Bull Attorneys Injury Lawyers, which has multiple locations in Kansas. The Golden Bachelorette winner added a caption that said, "Stopped by to say hi to my friends at Bull Attorneys!"

It's not surprising Chock has friends at that law firm considering he's an insurance executive in Wichita, Kansas. Chock was the owner of an insurance company called CIG Insurance for about 16 years before becoming the president of Insurance Services Group; he's been in that position for the past five years. Since he knows people at that law firm, Chock may have wanted to give them a boost by promoting them on social media in order to help out his friends. Aside from stopping by that insurance company, the update also confirmed Chock is back in Kansas, presumably without Joan.

The Golden Bachelorette lead's latest Instagram Story has her showing off her Christmas-themed village in her house, so it appears that they are back in their respective states now that the long Thanksgiving weekend is over. The holiday was a success as they managed to bring their respective families together for the big day without any issues. He is the president of the company, so he likely has a lot of flexibility in his schedule and is able to leave whenever he wants, barring something major that would keep him in Kansas for work. In just the past week, Chock has had quite the whiplash when it comes to his travel schedule.

After he and his kids went to Maryland to spend Thanksgiving with Joan and her children, he came back to Kansas, but then he ended up turning right around and heading back out. However, he didn't go back to Maryland. Instead, he met up with Joan in Los Angeles for some events.

It's unclear when the Golden Bachelorette couple will fly to New York again to look at apartments. In the most recent update they gave on that topic, Joan and Chock itted they hadn't found a place yet. Once they do buy a home in the Big Apple, it'll be interesting to see how often they are in each location: Maryland, Kansas and New York. After all, their families are in those first two states, but they want a home to call their own in a completely different state.

Joan and Chock have established families in Maryland and Kansas, respectively, so the situation isn't as easy to remedy. Hopefully, they can find a home to call their own soon so they won't have to rely on being away from each other so often.
