A popular fan theory suggests appearance of Ralph Fiennes' Voldemort, but it might have also teased the Deathly Hallows.

In the lore of Harry Potter, the Deathly Hallows are three powerful magical artifacts of legendary origin. The tale goes that Death created the three items - the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Cloak of Invisibility - and gave them to three brothers in the Peverell family. Together, they would make someone the Master of Death. The objects were often considered to be fictional, although Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald were among those who wanted to find them. The Deathly Hallows came to develop a symbol representing them, which was a triangle (to represent the cloak) with a line through the middle (to represent the wand) and a circle in the middle of both (to represent the stone). It was only through his use of the Deathly Hallows that Harry Potter could survive fighting Voldemort.

Even though the Deathly Hallows' name and symbol are not known until later on, one detail in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire potentially sets up the legend. After Harry Potter uses the Pensieve, Albus Dumbledore looks at a closet full of seemingly random artifacts, but one has since continued to catch viewers' eyes. To the left of the frame, an object that looks like a 3D version of the Deathly Hallows symbol is visible. Dumbledore does know about the Deathly Hallows, so having an artifact that reminds him of them would not be out of the realm of possibility. What makes this potential Deathly Hallows setup especially interesting is that the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire movie came out two years before J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book, where the name and symbol were established.

Is Goblet of Fire's Symbol Really A Deathly Hallows Easter Egg?

Harry Potter Goblet of Fire Deathly Hallows Symbol Easter Egg

The possibility of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire's symbol being a Deathly Hallows Easter egg is relatively low. Rowling had yet to establish the idea of the powerful artifacts being tied together in the books. This means there was no way for Goblet of Fire to look at the source material and include the Deathly Hallows symbol as a fun Easter egg. The movie did include the debut of the Elder Wand and once again saw characters use the Cloak of Invisibility, so the groundwork for the Deathly Hallows in the movies was still being laid either way.

That said, retconning Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to make Dumbledore's closet include a secret Deathly Hallows symbol would be a cool reveal. The Fantastic Beasts movies established that Gellert Grindelwald had a necklace with the Deathly Hallows symbol on it, so it is possible that Dumbledore also learned about the design. A secret Deathly Hallows-looking object would tie to Albus' prior interest in mastering the objects, even if he also believed that the Peverell brothers created the artifacts instead of Death itself.
