The post mentions that players on any other platforms will only be able to obtain the Xbox glider for their s throughout the duration of Genshin Impact 5.3.

Once the game enters maintenance for Version 5.4, the Xbox glider will become unavailable for redemption on these other platforms. The developer states that this period will last from January 1, 2025, through February 12. 2025. As such, if players on platforms other than Xbox desire to obtain it, they must ensure they to the game during the promotional period and then claim the Xbox glider from their mailboxes within 30 days.
