The rewards for each code will be sent to your in-game mailbox, from which you must claim the items before being able to use them in Genshin Impact.

The second method involves you starting your game. Once the title is loaded, you will need to open the main menu, access the game’s settings, and scroll down to the tab. There, you may also fill in the Redemption Code slot with the promo codes from the Version 4.7 livestream.
