Coachella Island has come back to Fortnite, bringing with it a slew of new Art and Music Festival items and cosmetics for players to enjoy. Until 12 pm ET on April 2023, players will be able to explore Coachella Island either through Discover or the island code 5449-4207-1280. Once they do so, they can participate in a number of quests, mini-games, and events to earn cool rewards.

To celebrate its two-week-long run in Fortnite Chapter 4, Coachella has served out a number of quests for players to complete during the first week and will give players updated versions of those quests on April 21, the start of the second week. The old quests will still be there, so you don't need to worry about missing out too much, including Week 1's rewards.

Fortnite Coachella Challenge Rewards

There are six quests currently active during Coachella's Week 1.

• Enter Coachella for the first time
• Launch off of 5 Speakers
• Discover 4 Hidden Rooms in the Art Park
• Win the 'Push the Beat' mini-game
• Collect 5 Music Notes in the Mirage Time Warp Speedrun
• Complete the Mirage Time Warp Speedrun in under 8 minutes.

You can't simply buy a Fortnite battle to get rewards, like with standard chapters.

Completing the quests will earn you special XP, and you will unlock rewards for your Locker after certain milestones are hit. For Week 1, these items are the Hi-Fi Cacti Spray, the Look At The Sky Lobby Track, and the Cact-Eye Emoticon. In Week 2, the rewards are the same, with the addition of the Coachella Sunset Spray.

Fortnite Coachella Discord Quests

Coachella is also running a Discord Quest that, on completion, will reward players with the Coachella Island Banner Icon and Head in the Cloud Emoticon, so long as your Epic Games and Discord s are linked. To participate, all you need to do is head to an official Fortnite Discord server, read the announcement, and complete the tasks that pop up in your Epic Games .

Coachella Item Shop

A whole new set of items have been added to the Fortnite Item Shop for a limited time, alongside a return of last year's Coachella items. Besides the 'Ask Me' and 'Slide Stride' Emotes, all the below items can be bought together as part of the Vibing at Coachella Bundle for 2000 V-Bucks.
