With the Flash's inclusion in the Justice League comes a new costume, courtesy of Superman and Batman. They designed tactical gear for the Justice League so they can fight without their powers. Wally wears a sleek biker-inspired suit, which comes with a Flash-themed motorcycle that acts as a stand-in for his super-speed. It's a cool new look to kick off a new era for the Flash as he fights Waller's forces alongside the Justice League. With an epic costume and a motorized upgrade, it's clear that this Titan has made his way back to the big leagues.

The last time Wally West was an official member of the Justice League in the main DC Universe was in 2009's Justice League of America #31 by Dwayne McDuffie and Shane Davis.

Wally West got his start in the Teen Titans as Kid Flash, and since then he has alternated between the Titans and the Justice League. In recent years, however, he has exclusively been a Titan. Flash took a leave from the Titans in Titans #10 by Tom Taylor and Lucas Meyer, and it seems that he may have left that team for good. Now that the Flash is back in the League, this marks Wally's first time ing the Justice League in over a decade. This moment is a huge milestone for the Scarlet Speedster, and it's only the beginning.

The Flash's reinstatement in the Justice League isn't just a one-time deal.
