In The Flash #12 by Simon Spurrier, Ramón Pérez, and Vasco Georgiev, the with the Flash's enemies unexpectedly arriving to save the day. What's even more unexpected is that the Rogues appear to have super-speed, an ability they haven't possessed before.

Irey explains that she gave Flash's villains "Speed Force juice" that gives them temporary super-speed as they  the Flash family's fight against the Arc Angles.

In The Flash #4 by Spurrier, Mike Deodato Jr., Trish Mulvihill, and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou, Wally's daughter Irey investigated a mysterious speedster drug that she traced back to Mirror Master. Unbeknownst to her father, Irey managed to snag a piece of Mirror Master's technology to figure out what exactly that drug is: a concentration of the Speed Force that can be used to give others super-speed. Now, she's found a use for the speedster drug by imbuing the Flash's enemies with super-speed. The Flash's villains are officially speedsters, keeping pace with the Flash Family as they work together to take down the powerful Arc Angles.

Giving the Flash's rogues super-speed is a gamble, considering their villainous tendencies, but it's a gamble that pays off for the Flash Family. The Rogues have been conspiring against Wally throughout this arc after being enlisted by the Arc Angles to isolate him from his loved ones. However, in a shocking turn of events, they've ed the Flash's side to fight the Arc Angles with their new powers. Their super-speed lets them stand up to foes they never could have fought before. The Flash's rogues are faster than ever, and although it's a temporary upgrade, there's no telling what they're capable of now.

The Flash's Enemies Are Now as Fast as Him

Since their super-speed upgrade is temporary, the Flash's foes are making the most of their abilities while they can. Their access to the Speed Force elevates them to god-tier levels of power, proven by their fight against the Arc Angles. After years of trying to slow the Flash down, they've finally caught up with him. For now, they're using their speed for good, though they won't recall any of it and will likely revert to their evil ways before long. Regardless, in the time they have as speedsters, the Flash's greatest enemies have become his greatest assets in his time of need.
