Final Destination Bloodlines also had the biggest production budget in the franchise. However, given that there's a 14-year gap between the fifth and sixth installments, inflation should be taken into consideration. Both 2011's Final Destination 5 and 2009's The Final Destination cost $40 million to make (which roughly equals $56 million to $59 million in 2025). The latest movie had a similarly modest $50 million production budget. It also means that the fourth installment's $187 million earnings in 2009 would equal $278 million in 2025.
