The best Queen's Blood deck you can build in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will have you winning every match in this surprisingly deep mini-game with an absurd strategy. Many of the cards in this deck are easy to obtain, but they may not seem powerful at first. Only by implementing a truly unique plan will you realize how you can easily secure victory against even the strongest opponents.
Most of the locations of Queen's Blood cards are with special vendors in large regions from story Chapters. For example, the NPC Thorin in the Grasslands has a shop that you can revisit to get more booster packs and individual cards as you progress. As opponents become more skilled, you'll want to upgrade your deck to face the new and challenging strategies planned by your enemies.

One Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Mini-Game Is So Popular It Might Get Its Own Expansion
As Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth's Queen's Blood card game takes players by storm, the developers believe there's room to further expand on the system.
How To Build The Best Queen's Blood Deck
The best deck for Queen's Blood revolves around destroying your own cards to boost the Power of others, while other characters create copies to make more fodder. Normally, both players have 15 cards in their deck, but with this archetype, you can easily generate minions added to your hand. This allows you to extend the game longer and ramp up more Power while your opponent has run out of options.
Your deck will have a lot of low Power and low Pawn cards that can easily be played on the board. The goal should be to first place cards that benefit from the destruction of others, then place a card that lowers the Power of cards placed in spaces around them. Then you can play 1 Power cards that get reduced to 0, are destroyed, and automatically empower other characters you've placed in every row.
Check out the above video by YouTube creator Trueblade Seeker for an in-depth showcase of a sample game with this deck and how powerful it can be against even the strongest opponents. The cards needed to construct this powerful self-destruction deck are:
Mandragora (x2)

When this card is placed, you can add a 1 Power Mandragora minion to your hand. This expands your deck, almost giving you a larger and stronger party in FF7 Rebirth to work with.
Heatseeker (x2)

When this card is destroyed, you can add a Heatseeker minion to your hand. Since the original Heatseeker only has 1 Power, you can easily destroy this card often to fill your hand with minions.
Amalgam (x2)

When this card is destroyed, you can add Resurrected Amalgam to your hand. Unlike the previous two cards, Resurrected Amalgam is a powerful upgrade you want to get, not as more fodder to destroy, but as a strong ally to boost your points in a row that needs it.
Skeeskee (x2)

When allied cards are destroyed, this card's Power is raised by one. You want to play one of these early in the first column to the left side of the board. Having one or more of these cards in various rows will be your foundation to build points from the destruction of other cards.
Mindflayer (x2)

This card lowers the power of allied and enemy cards on affected tiles by one while the card is in play. The Mindflayer in FF7 Rebirth is central to your strategy, played near the center of the board to affect as many cards as possible. This will allow 1 Power cards you play to be destroyed immediately, and debuff your opponent's cards that they try to play near the Mindflayer.
Tonberry King (x2)

When allied cards are destroyed, this card's Power is raised by two. This is a stronger version of Skeeskee, and is the card that fulfills your winning condition the most as you keep playing.
Moogle Trio (x1)

When this card is played, add both Moogle Mage and Moogle Bard to your hand. This card functions like Mandragora and Heatseeker, but it is slightly more expensive to play and creates two cards in your hand instead of one.
J-Squad (x1)

When this card is played, spawn Hype Johnnys - cards that enhance while in play - in your empty positions. This card acts as a desperate move if your main plan isn't working, spawning low Power Johnnys to be destroyed quickly by the Mindflayer. Even if it doesn't work, you still get some small Power cards that could help raise a row's total.
Gi Specter (x1)

This card replaces an ally and lowers the power of allied and enemy cards on affected tiles by the replaced ally's power. This card can counter an opponent's aggression, debuffing their cards as you continue to lower your own into destruction. You could use this card in place of the Mindflayer to destroy two characters of your own if you are having trouble against an enemy pushing into your side of the board.
Sample Strategy With The Best Queen's Blood Deck
With this deck, you want to mulligan your first hand if you don't have a Skeeskee or another card that gains power from the destruction of your allies. The first few moves should be dedicated to placing Skeeskees in the top corners of your far left column, or somewhere nearby. Putting a Tonberry King in the center row of this same column will finalize the group that will be collecting Power for the whole game.
From this point, you just need to find a good place to put a Mindflayer that protects other spots on the board. As long as you have spaces to play cards, you can use low Pawn characters to either block off your opponent or start ramping Power by sending them into space where they will be destroyed. From here, you can keep sending in cards that will not only die but also give you a free minion.
Similar to the combat style of Cait Sith in FF7 Rebirth, you have to rely on some luck with this deck to draw the cards you want, especially during the early stages of a game.
This will allow you to play for many more turns than your opponent once they run out of cards to use. Keep destroying minions and other low-level cards to bring Skeeskees and Tonberry King to hundreds of Power points to easily win a game every time. This strategy can defeat nearly any rival deck in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, making it the perfect collection of cards to use for every Queen's Blood match.
