The FBI True season 7 premiere date has been announced, and Screen Rant has the exclusive trailer of the new season.

FBI True season 7 will be released on Tuesday, May 20 on Paramount Plus with 12 all-new episodes. In Screen Rant's exclusive trailer, FBI agents meet up to discuss the harrowing cases they have investigated over the years. This sneak peek video teases that the agents will open up about their past investigations in a way they never have before.

The trailer starts with audio of a 911 call in which a woman tells the operator that two young girls have died; she's calling out for help, saying, "Please, please please!" The agents on the case sit in a bar and exclaim that a murder like this "doesn't happen in Oklahoma." Making the situation even more chilling, it's revealed that the suspect left a message at the memorial that said, "You'll never catch me."

The trailer then teases other cases that will be discussed during FBI True season 7, with agents saying, "That's screwed up," to disturbing info about some of the suspects. Another FBI agent calls the killers "far more disturbing" and "far more pathological" than anyone could imagine, which says a lot considering what these agents have likely witnessed across their entire careers. Text that flashes across the screen notes that "the FBI will never forget" these investigations, as the trailer closes with an agent saying it's satisfying when they can look at a criminal and say, "We never forgot you."

Across the 12-episode season, FBI True will include several two-part stories. This will allow the agents to go even more in depth to provide a comprehensive assessment of the crimes for viewers. Storylines will include a couple being held at gunpoint at a bank, a high-profile journalist being a suspect, a bomb threat, DNA testing reviving a cold case, a drug dealer claiming to be extorted by police, an attempt to dismantle an MS-13 gang network and more.
