New images from the Fallout TV series reveal a close look at the Brotherhood of Steel. Fallout is a popular video game franchise that released its first game in 1997. Now, Fallout is being adapted into a TV series of the same name and is set for release on Friday, April 12.
In advance of the release of the Fallout TV series, Total Film (via Games Radar) has released a new image of the show. The image gives a look at a suited-up member of the Brotherhood of Steel. The background is red, showing a fire behind it. Check it out below:
What To Expect from the Fallout TV Show
Fallout is one of the most popular video game series of all time, giving the adaptation a large legacy to live up to. The Fallout series takes place in a post-nuclear war apocalyptic setting, beginning in the year 2161. Throughout the series, players must go on different quests in the nuclear-destroyed world. The main story of Fallout has had four games and has spawned multiple spinoffs including Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and Fallout: New Vegas.
The Fallout trailer shows the series will craft an original story within the post-apocalyptic universe of Fallout. Ella Purnell (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children) will star as Lucy, a Vault Dweller who is set to venture out into the wasteland world above. In addition to Purnell, Fallout features a leading cast of Chris Parnell, Dale Dickey, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, Johnny Pemberton, and Moises Arias.

The first teaser trailer for Amazon’s Fallout adaptation has been released, bringing several story reveals and game Easter eggs along with it.
As evidenced by the new image, Fallout will feature lore from the games, such as the Brotherhood of Steel, while still creating an original story for the screen. Another familiar figure will be the Ghoul character, who will be played by Goggins in the TV series. Hopefully, Fallout can navigate between new and old effectively as it prepares for its spring release.
