many secrets and mythical creatures, Werewolf and Vampire are two of the stronger ones that players can become. Each transformation has its strengths and weaknesses that tend to take advantage of specific types of builds. For example, a Stamina build is the preferred one for a Werewolf, and a Magic build is a great way to take advantage of a Vampire transformation. Becoming either creature also unlocks a quest that gives a respective skill line to explore, and strong ways to take advantage of the two creatures types.
In Elder Scrolls Online, becoming either a Werewolf or a Vampire comes with its own set of stats, can be of tremendous value or a considerable detriment to the player. If we look at the Vampire, after the transformation, the higher the Vampire level, the health generation will drop like a stone. On the other hand, the cost of the Vampire skills will fall by a large margin. If a player feeds, their Vampire level increases. If they don't feed, it will decrease. Any Werewolf player will get a healthy Stamina regen and overall Stamina boost, plus a speed boost. However, werewolves are more susceptible to the Elder Scrolls Online fighter's guild skills and poison attacks.
How To Become A Werewolf Or Vampire In Elder Scrolls Online
Transforming into either a Werewolf or Vampire in Elders Scrolls Online is accomplished in three ways. The first method is costly, where 1,500 Crowns will give a player either a Werewolf or Vampire Bite. Buying a bite with crowns is an expensive way of getting the change, but it's not as effective as the second or third methods.
The second method is by heading to the Rift, Bangkorai, or Reaper's March, going into a battle with either Werewolves or Vampires, and having them bite the character. It can take a long time to get infected, but it's free to do, which is better than the first way of getting the status effect. After getting attacked a few times by either creature, look at the character sheet for either the Sanies Lupinus effect for Werewolves or the Vampirism effect for Vampires.
The final and easiest method is heading towards either a Werewolf or Vampire Shrine inside Elder Scrolls Online, going to the global chat, and asking someone for a bite. Asking another player that can bite to give the effect is by far the least time-consuming, although some players may ask for a gold payment, so make sure to get the bite first then pay them.
Elder Scrolls Online is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Google Stadia, Mac OS, and PC.
