What does The Drew Carey Show cast look like now and which TV shows have they appeared in since? Co-created by its titular comedian, The Drew Carey Show is an ABC sitcom that ran for nine seasons between 1995 and 2004. The show chronicles the personal and professional misadventures of a fictionalized version of Drew Carey - who appeared in NCIS - who works as the assistant director of personnel in the office of a Cleveland, Ohio department store.
During its earlier seasons, The Drew Carey Show ranked as one of ABC’s most-watched sitcoms, but its popularity began to slide as the series progressed. But that came after it racked up an impressive 233 episodes and earned a handful of Primetime Emmy Award nominations.
