A comparison video by YouTuber ElAnalistaDeBits showcases the stunning differences between the original Electronic Arts officially announced the Dead Space remake at the end of EA Play Live 2021.
The trailer lasted just over a minute long, giving fans a brief look at a reimagined version of the USG Ishimura starship. As previously reported, EA tapped first Dead Space experience.

The level of detail is astonishing. ElAnalistaDeBits' video demonstrates that EA Motive has greatly enhanced Dead Space's environments by adding relatively small touches that make a world of difference. It'll be interesting to see how else the studio elevates the experience with new technology at its disposal.
Specifics remain under wraps for the time being, but EA Motive has expressed an interest in finding ways to implement features from later entries into the remake of the original. Fans need not worry, though, since the development team is mindful of avoiding past missteps. As such, Senior Producer Phil Ducharme confirmed the Dead Space remake won't include microtransactions.
EA Motive's Dead Space remake lacks launch details, but is currently in development for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
