Dwayne Johnson - Krypto the Superdog
The main character in the film is Krypto the Superdog, who is voiced by none other than Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. In the film, Krypto escapes the destruction of his and Superman's home planet, Krypton, alongside his owner. Upon crashing on Earth, the duo become best friends and fight crime together as Krypto and Superman, with their alter egos being Bark and Clark Kent respectively. However, Clark is dating journalist Lois Lane, whom Krypto is jealous of for taking Clark's attention. After Superman is put in danger, Krypto embarks on a journey to save Clark with the help of his newfound superpowered pet friends.
Johnson is no stranger to voice-acting, having provided the voice of Maui the demigod in Disney's Moana in 2016. Other than that, Johnson is one of the most recognizable actors in Hollywood. Kevin Hart - Ace
The secondary character in the film is a Boxer dog called Ace. Ace is in an animal shelter when he meets Krypto. Through a series of events, Ace becomes superpowered, gaining invulnerability and super strength. Ace is one of the of the League of Super-Pets in the new DC animated film, who helps Krypto on his adventure.
In League of Super-Pets, Ace is voiced by longtime Dwayne Johnson collaborator Kevin Hart. At the beginning of his acting career, Hart appeared in films such as Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4. Eventually, Hart began gaining worldwide recognition upon starring in films like Ride Along, Get Hard, and The Wedding Ringer. In 2016, Hart appeared alongside Dwayne Johnson in Central Intelligence, during which the two formed a strong friendship.
Since then, the duo has appeared in a lot of films together. Kevin Hart played one of the main characters alongside Johnson in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and its sequel, and also appeared in an extended cameo role in the Johnson-centric Fast & Furious spinoff, Hobbs & Shaw. Kate McKinnon - Lulu
Lulu is the main antagonist of the film and is a hairless guinea pig who has been the subject of experiments by Lex Luthor. After Luthor's plans to obtain Kryptonite are foiled by Superman and Krypto, Lulu gains access to the substance and imbues herself with superpowers. Unbeknownst to her, Lulu's actions are also what give Ace, and a few other animals, superpowers, with the other pets teaming up to stop Lulu's plans alongside Krypto.
Lulu is voiced by Kate McKinnon in DC League of Super-Pets. Kate McKinnon is a well-known comedic actress. McKinnon's work on Saturday Night Live between 2012 and 2022 gained her a lot of recognition in the industry. McKinnon began earning more recognition as a film actor after performances in films such as the 2016 reboot of Ghostbusters, Office Christmas Party, Yesterday, and The Bubble. Some of Kate McKinnon's previous voice roles include Inez in Finding Dory and Lupe in Ferdinand.
John Krasinski - Superman/Clark Kent
Clark Kent/Superman is Krypto's owner in the film, having escaped together from the destruction of their home planet Krypton. The story begins a few years after the duo's crash landing on Earth and follows their crime-fighting escapades. As Clark gets closer to Lois Lane, Krypto becomes jealous of their relationship. When Clark is put in danger by the film's antagonist Lulu, Krypto forms the League of Super-Pets to save his best friend.
In the film, Superman is voiced by John Krasinski. Krasinski is perhaps best known as Jim in The Office, his first breakthrough role, which began in 2005. After The Office ended in 2013, Krasinski made the transition to film acting, appearing in films such as 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Detroit, and A Quiet Place and its sequel, the latter two Krasinski also wrote, directed, and produced. In DC League of Super-Pets, Batman's voice actor is none other than Keanu Reeves. Reeves is one of the most well-known actors in Hollywood, known for his roles as Neo in The Matrix franchise, Ted in the Bill & Ted movies, and the titular role in the John Wick franchise. Keanu Reeves also has some voice acting experience after portraying Duke Caboom in Pixar's Toy Story 4.

Natasha Lyonne as Merton McSnurtle/Terrific Whatzit: Another member of the League of Super-Pets, Merton is a red-eared slider (turtle) who gains superspeed from the Kryptonite. Merton is voiced by Natasha Lyonne, who is best known for her roles as Nicky in Orange is the New Black and Nadia Volvokov in Russian Doll, a series she co-created, directs, and writes. In of films, Lyonne has appeared in a wide array of comedies, from the American Pie to Scary Movie franchises.
Diego Luna as Chip: Chip is the final member of the League of Super-Pets and is a red squirrel who gains electrokinesis. Chip is voiced by Diego Luna. Luna has vast experience in the world of voice acting, having provided voice roles for shows such as Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia, Maya and the Three, and films such as Trollhunter: Rise of the Titans. Outside of his voice acting work, Luna has a lot of recognizable live-action roles. The main one is his role as Cassian Andor in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a role which Luna will reprise in the next Star Wars show: Andor.
