While Daredevil: Born Again season 1 began a whole new chapter for the Devil of Hell's Kitchen. As he gets ready to begin the war against Mayor Wilson Fisk, Matt will be reunited with some familiar faces in Daredevil: Born Again season 2 when the show returns in 2026.

Naqam Washington recently shared a new photo with Ritter and Cox, as they are training for Daredevil: Born Again season 2, following the announcement that Jessica Jones will be returning to the MCU. As seen through his Instagram , Washington is also working with Daredevil: Born Again stars Vincent D'Onofrio, who plays Kingpin, and Wilson Bethel, who plays Bullseye. Ritter will play the Marvel hero for the first time since her last appearance in Jessica Jones season 3, which was released June 14, 2019, on Netflix. While Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is confirmed to premiere in March 2026, an exact date has yet to be announced by Marvel Studios and Disney+.

What The Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Actors' Workout Photo Means

With Ritter and Cox both actively working out for Daredevil: Born Again season 2, it showcases how committed the MCU stars are to the work that comes with playing superheroes like Jessica Jones and Daredevil. For fans who Cox and Ritter's respective work during their original Marvel shows on Netflix, there are always a lot of physical components to their roles, meaning they need to train. It's also genuinely fun to see the two actors together again, as they haven't worked together since The Defenders season 1, which was more than half a decade ago.

Seeing the MCU veterans also undergoing superhero training makes it exciting to speculate about what action beats they may have in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, given how season 1 ended and has changed the landscape for NYC's superheroes and vigilantes. Since fans haven't seen Jessica Jones in the MCU for quite some time, it'll be interesting to see if her fighting style has evolved from a story perspective. For the time being, very little is known about Ritter's return in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, which will hopefully change as they get further into filming.

Hopefully, more details about Daredevil: Born Again season 2, including how Jessica Jones fits into the story, will start to emerge sooner rather than later.
