Big Brother season 16. She made the crossover onto The Challenge in 2020 when she competed on The Challenge: Double Agents. Amber shocked her fellow competitors by making it all the way to the final, and winning first place, in her rookie season. She ultimately secured the grand prize of $900,000 with her partner, CT Tamburello. Since then, Amber has competed in two additional seasons, The Challenge: Spies Lies & Allies and, most recently, The Challenge: Ride or Dies. Amber competed with her boyfriend of over a year, Chauncey, on Ride or Dies before they got eliminated during a recent episode as part of a double elimination.

The Challenge's Amber Borzotra announced the news that she is expecting a baby when she posted a photo of her baby bump on Instagram on January 22. In the photo, the proud mom-to-be wore a crop top, which showed off her growing belly, and a pair of light-wash jeans. Amber captioned the photo, “Call me mama because I’m having a baby! #BabyOnTheWay.

Amber also reposted the official Challenge on her Instagram Story and shared, “We’re honestly beyond excited for this new journey and can’t wait to meet our little one. Chauncey and I appreciate our challenge family and love y’all dearly so thank you soooo much for all your love and ! Xx.”

Amber and Chauncey are certainly feeling the love and in the wake of their announcement. Several Challenge contestants flooded Amber’s post with positive affirmations and messages of well-wishes and congratulations. Cory Wharton from The Challenge and Teen Mom wrote, “I’m TELLING you, you’re going to be such an amazing mother!!! Happy for you!!” While some friends and fans expressed their shock at the announcement, others revealed they were relieved that Amber and Chauney's news was finally out. Jordan Wiseley commented, “We can finally sayyyy! CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO!!!” Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio echoed Jordan’s sentiment. “It was so difficult to not break this news on the Pod! You’re gonna be such an incredible mama!” wrote Bananas.

While Amber has yet to release any additional information about her pregnancy, the model appears to be several months along. The Challenge: Ride or Dies filmed in Argentina from May to July 2022, which means Amber may have gotten pregnant toward, or at, the end of filming. In recent years, several Challenge contestants such as Bettina Buchanan and Melissa Reeves learned that they were pregnant immediately after getting eliminated from their season. Meanwhile, Natalie Anderson made an abrupt exit from The Challenge season 36 when she realized she was pregnant mid-filming.

Fans got a first-hand look at Amber and Chauncey’s relationship during The Challenge: Ride or Dies. Despite the pressure and stress that comes with competing on the MTV reality show, the couple’s relationship did not appear to suffer. Amber and Chauncey consistently voiced their love and for one another throughout the highs and lows of their season. The Challenge has been the demise of many relationships over the years; however, competing as partners appears to have brought Amber and Chauncey closer than ever.

The Challenge airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on MTV.
