In addition to the terrain itself there are also additional terrain traits and narrative play abilities for the Battlezone: Fronteris Landing Pad terrain piece. This set adds some fantastic smaller terrain elements which can be spread across the battlefield to create multiple zones of cover and create a more diverse gameplay experience. Within this set you will find yourself three larger containers (only slightly taller than a standard-sized figure) which can be used to create one large block of cover, or spread over the battlefield to create multiple zones. There are also several drum barrels, which can be used to either create heavy cover, or light cover, as well as providing cover these barrels help to add a lot of immersion and help to make the battlefields feel like they were once lived in. This is a great set if you love scatter terrain, and want to create the most immersive feeling battlefield possible. Even if these terrain pieces aren't used to create cover, and instead are used as decorative pieces they make a great addition to any battlefield.

The shell-blasted ruin of the Sanctum istratus will make a great addition to any battlefield, enhancing the immersive feeling that many battles have raged in this space before — and that the battle you are participating in is only part of a larger conflict.

The Sanctum istratus building is made of several ruined wall and floor sections, which add lots of elevation to the battlefield and creates opportunities for interesting gameplay. The istratus building can also be used as additional lookout posts, or as a command post that grants progress towards victory, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. The building itself is fairly tall and can create a great central piece to battle over, or can be used as an overwatch position.

The terrain piece, once fully assembled, comes as two constituent parts and therefore can be used as two separate pieces of ruined buildings if having one tall building does not fit the type of gameplay you are looking for, really adding to the flexibility of the terrain set.
