According to Captain Jason's LinkedIn page, he has worked as a captain for Yacht Pursuit since April 2018. He goes into detail about the job, saying that he has worked on private expeditions and cruises all across the Asian Pacific.
The formidable captain is also a former Professional Rugby and Football Player.
On Below Deck Down Under, Captain Jason juggles the dynamics of a group of strangers forced to work together in tight quarters as well as the needs of the wealthy guests on the superyacht. She lives with her mom in the Philippines, and was separated from Captain Jason when the borders were closed during the pandemic. Now, Saskia is 10 years old, and she and Jason share a special bond whether he is at sea or not.
Recently, Saskia has been learning how to dive, so that she and her dad can do dives together.
