Its public beta and early access periods quickly dashed these hopes, however. Since launch, the embattled Battlefield 2042 has continuously lost players, with many option to move on in the wake of miscommunication between the developers and player community. Now yet another hiccup plagues the multiplayer title.
Today, February 24, the Battlefield Direct Communication Twitter acknowledged that some s had trouble connecting with Battlefield 2042's multiplayer servers. In an update post concerning the unspecified issue, the noted Battlefield 2042's online access issues currently impact PS4 players only and, as of writing, "other platforms remain unaffected."
