WARNING! Spoilers for The Avengers #24
The Flash's level at long last. Vision just pulled off one of the Flash's coolest power feats, proving that the synthezoid can compete with the Scarlet Speedster despite not possessing standard super-speed. Finally, with Vision's help, the Avengers have uncovered a way to sur the Flash.
In The Avengers #24 by Jed MacKay and Farid Karami, the Avengers are backed into a corner as Kang's fleet prepares to kill hundreds of innocent people. In a last-ditch effort to stop this, Vision “accelerates his subjective time experience” to run simulations for what he experiences as weeks.
By speeding up his internal clock, Vision is able to form a plan that rescues everyone. Thinking this quickly within such a short span of time is usually a power attributed to the fastest speedsters, such as DC's Flash. Thus, the Avengers now have access to one of the Flash's most useful powers thanks to Vision.
The Avengers' Vision Just Unlocked One of The Flash's Best Powers
Marvel Has Finally Found a Way to Keep Up with DC's Fastest Man Alive
The Flash may be known for running at incredible speeds, but he's the Fastest Man Alive in more ways than one. Because he's capable of moving so quickly in a physical sense, his ability to process information is also accelerated to keep up with his pace, which means he can experience a month's worth of thought within a second. He showcases this skill in The Brave and the Bold #8 by Mark Waid and George Pérez, in which two children to save when an experiment with the Doom Patrol goes awry.

The Avengers Are Upending the Status Quo as Its Villains Are Turning Into Allies
After losing to Doctor Doom, the Avengers have no choice but to turn to Marvel's darkest villains for help in the battle to take the world back.
A second later, Flash refuses and saves both kids using a clever plan he seems to have devised on the spot, but he later its that it had taken a relative month to reach that decision. He can experience weeks of deliberation in the blink of an eye, which suggests that the Flash never truly acts on impulse. When faced with a perilous situation, the speedsters who think faster than enemies can move, but Vision has now unlocked this Flash feat.
Vision Is Closer to Reaching The Flash's Level Than Any Marvel Speedster
This Avenger Lacks Super-Speed, But His Quick-Thinking Rivals The Flash
Although Vision isn't a speedster like the Flash in a traditional sense, his ability to accelerate his thought processes proves that he's capable of matching the Flash's processing speed. This ability saves the day in The Avengers #24, as Vision's simulations allow him to formulate a foolproof plan that helps his teammates save thousands of lives from Kang. In no time at all, Vision has figured out the best possible application of each Avenger's power in this situation. With a hero who can come up with carefully curated strategies in seconds, the Avengers have finally obtained their own Flash.
