About Arya Desai

Arya Desai is an LA-based actor and journalist. She recently graduated from USC where she majored in journalism and theatre. With an entertainment background, Arya loves keeping up-to-date with all of Hollywood's latest tv/ film hits. 

In the past, she has worked as a staff writer/ contributer for Annenberg Media, Viterbi Magazine, and Gut Instinct Media.

Arya Desai is a fan of many shows and films,  but specifically enjoys film and TV that focuses on female/ BIPOC led stories. 

Her current favorite shows are Bridgerton, Sex and the City, and Fleabag.

Arya Desai has been writing published work since 2021, when she began as a staff writer for Annenberg Media. 

Though she has trained in multiple disciplines of journalism, she is especially fascinated with arts/ entertainment (which she focused on in undergrad). She often writes about TV and Film.
