There are 37 different achievements you can get in Atomfall, but many of them are hidden until you reach certain milestones. Since the game doesn't tell you what these milestones are, it can be difficult for you to complete every major goal. Many hidden achievements are tied to the choices you make, so it's best to know what decisions lead toward a 100% complete game.
You'll start unlocking basic achievements early in the game for doing basic tasks. For example, the "Radiophonic" achievement is unlocked when you gather five different Audio Logs scattered throughout the alternate 1960s world of Northern England. In contrast, the rare hidden achievements are tied to much larger goals, which you can only pursue through specific decisions or the pursuit of various Leads in Atomfall.

Meet Obscure Milestones From Your Choices
There are 17 total hidden achievements in Atomfall, with several being tied to the game's multiple endings. Since the endings are tied to the choices you make throughout the story, you will likely need to complete multiple playthroughs to earn each secret milestone tied to the conclusion.
I've found that creating a save file right before an important decision makes it far easier to reach different endings for hidden achievements. Whenever you get one ending, you can load that save and make the opposite choice to make progress toward a different outcome.
The following tables show every hidden achievement you can unlock, as well as what you need to do to meet their requirements:

Some hidden achievements are very straightforward, such as gaining access to the Oberon site or escaping the Quarantine Zone in under 5 hours. On the other hand, many of these milestones are deliberately vague, as they only allude to various goals. I've found that by dividing each hidden achievement into different types of objectives, they become far easier to complete.
How To Get Every Ending Hidden Achievement
The best way to get all the ending hidden achievements is to always make choices that improve your relationship with a certain character. For example, if you need to reach the ending involving Mother Jago, make sure to help her during different Leads. The stronger your bonds are with certain characters, the closer you get to unlocking their unique endings.

Atomfall Review: Distinctly Charming, But Never Quite Excellent
Atomfall’s primary mysteries and exploration are enough to earn your attention, but clunky and half-baked gameplay systems might not keep it.
Some characters are harder to form relationships with than others, especially if don't know where to find them in the first place. Here are some quick hints for finding each character with an ending so you can establish a bond with them fast before leaving the Quarantine Zone:
- Dr. Garrow - found in Skethermoor (heavily guarded Protocol area)
- Joyce Tanner - found in a remote bunker in Casterfell Woods
- Mother Jago - found in The Old Mines in Casterfell Woods
- Captain Sims - found in the Village Hall of Wyndham Village
- Voice on the Telephone - found through any call from a red phone booth
- Dr. Holder - found naturally through the main story
How To Get Every Data Store, Collectible, & Area Unlock Hidden Achievement
Data Stores are special locations you can find throughout the world, but each of them is powered down when you discover them. It takes an Atomic Battery in Atomfall to restore power to a Data Store, so you have to collect multiple instances of this rare item for each achievement. When you use an Atomic Battery to open a Data Store door, you'll be rewarded with a vault full of treasures for you to collect.
Once you unlock all four Data Stores, you can collect the Signal Redirector to gain access to the Oberon site. This unlocks two more hidden achievements, but only when you follow these steps:
- Gather 4 Atomic Batteries
- Use Atomic Batteries to unlock every Data Store
- Collect the Signal Redirector from the Storage Room in the Skethermoor Prison (where Dr. Garrow can be found)
- Active The Interchange Central Processor
- Gain Access to the Oberon Site
How To Get Every Combat Hidden Achievement
The last hidden achievements are both tied to combat with the various robots you can encounter in the Quarantine Zone. Although they are formidable foes, you can shoot the weak points of robots to make strides toward both milestones tied to fighting them. When a robot is staggered from its weak points being destroyed, you can either obliterate it completely or remove its battery for either hidden achievement.
Reaching any secret milestone will help you get closer to getting the final achievement of the game, "Pride of Britain," which is gained when all other trophies have been unlocked. All hidden achievements must be gathered in Atomfall if you want to 100% this immersive, decision-driven title.
