Despite that, Felicity had plenty of great moments and character arcs on Arrow. She evolved as a person and even when her storylines weren't so great, Felicity's fan would keep on watching.

Best: The Bond Between Felicity And Barry

Barry and Felicity kiss on the train

Even before Barry Allen became the Flash, he showed up on Arrow. And he and Felicity immediately hit it off. The two young geniuses have a lot in common - not only their high intelligence but also the fact they can be geeky and awkward around their crushes. And they always want to do the right thing, to help people.

Even though they don't end up together, the chemistry between them is real. In the end, Felicity and Barry go to become great friends.

Worst: She Abandoned William

Felicity and William Queen in Arrow Season 7 Episode 6

Even though Felicity wasn't William's biological mom, she was important to him. She was a stable part of William's life and he liked Felicity very much, relied on her.

So the fact that she let her adoptive son believe she was dead doesn't make Felicity very sympathetic. Felicity knew how hard it was to lose people she cared about, yet she didn't bother to let William know she was alive.

Best: Reuniting With Mia And William

Arrow Mia Smoak, Felicity Smoak and Connor Hawke

Since Mia, Felicity, and William spent a lot of time apart, their reunion felt like a gift. It didn't go smoothly since Mia was still angry at her mom for keeping things from her.

Nonetheless, Felicity was happy to see both of her children. She demonstrated she grew as a person when she explained her behavior and apologized for leaving.

Worst: Her Initial Reaction To William's Existence

If Oliver didn't obey, Samantha wouldn't let Oliver see his son. It was understandable Felicity was hurt by the revelation, but she still could have handled the situation better.

Best: She And Oliver Reunited Again

Arrow Fadeout Felicity Smoak and Oliver Queen reunite in afterlife

Everybody knows that Oliver sacrificed his life to save his friends and the entire universe - twice, in fact. Felicity missed her husband but she couldn't give up.

She had to go on and raise her daughter Mia as a solo mom. Once Felicity died too, she and Oliver met in the afterlife. It was a small moment but it was great to see the couple reunited after everything they'd been through.

Worst: She Was Ashamed Of Her Mom

Donna Smoak Arrow Charlotte Ross

A lot of people are sometimes ashamed of their parents. But Felicity brought this to a whole new level. When her mom Donna came to visit, Felicity was awkward around her and didn't know how to talk to her mom.

Since Felicity's dad wasn't around, it would make sense for Felicity to at least spend time with her mom. Instead, she and Donna were like strangers. Luckily, they worked on their relationship and managed to improve it in the end.

Best: Giving A Chance To Laurel

Arrow Felicity Smoak Black Siren

Unlike Oliver who was suspicious of people and didn't trust them very much, Felicity was much more open to others. She was willing to give a second chance and the benefit of a doubt even to those the rest of the world viewed as villains.

Felicity best demonstrated this trait when she befriended Laurel Lance from Earth-2, also known as Black Siren. When Laurel went off the rails and everyone thought she murdered someone (even though she didn't), Felicity defended her.

Worst: She Ruined Barry's Wedding

Barry Allen and Iris West stop their wedding in shock

Technically, it was Nazis from another Earth who ruined Barry's and Iris's first wedding. But Felicity certainly didn't behave the way any proper friend should. One could argue her behavior was quite out of character.

he made a very public scene when Oliver decided to discuss marriage and Felicity rejected him. Granted, it didn't happen during the actual wedding but during the pre-wedding rehearsal dinner. Still, it's called stealing the thunder from her friends and Felicity should have known better.

Best: When She ed Team Arrow

Felicity (Arrow) Cropped

Felicity ed the team Arrow after she found collapsed Oliver in her car and learned the truth about his superhero identity. She was somewhat hesitant at first but eventually started working with Oliver and John Diggle.

This proved to be a good decision in the long run. Felicity became a vital part of the team and her expertise saved the day more than once.

Worst: Her Off-Again, On-Again Romance With Oliver

Oliver and Felicity kiss for the first time on Arrow

Many fans of the couple would argue that Oliver and Felicity were made for each other. And maybe that's true. That doesn't change the fact their relationship was far from perfect.

They broke up only to get back together and repeated these steps multiple times. All the relationship drama eventually got a bit old since everybody knew Oliver and Felicity would rekindle their relationship again even before they did.
