The premiere of America’s Got Talent season 20 is just around the corner after NBC announced earlier this year that the hit competition series will return in late 2025 with a fresh new cast. Since its debut on June 21, 2006, America's Got Talent has become one of the most beloved reality shows and has captivated audiences with jaw-dropping performances and unforgettable talent. Season 20 will feature a few Golden Buzzer moments, though it's unclear what the exact rules will be this time.

America's Got Talent season 19 notably bent the rules by allowing more Golden Buzzer presses than usual, so expect the unexpected. It was the first time in the show's history that the judges were allowed to have more than one buzzer, each having two instead of the usual one. The judging will also see a slight shakeup, with one judge departing ahead of the new season. AGT features different types of talent, ranging from magicians, comedians, ventriloquists, singers, and dancers to contortionists and more.
