Ahsoka season 2 teaser. After learning who will be ing the cast, we can’t help but get excited for Ahsoka season 2.
Ahsoka season 1 followed the titular Ahsoka Tano and her padawan Sabine Wren as they traveled to a different galaxy to find their long-lost friend Ezra Bridger and try to prevent Grand iral Thrawn from returning to the main Star Wars galaxy. While Sabine and Ahsoka were able to get Ezra home, they failed to stop Thrawn and ended up trapped on Peridea themselves. Despite the title indicating a show all about Anakin Skywalker’s former Padawan, ir also served as a quasi-reunion between four of the main Rebels characters — Ezra, Sabine, Chopper, and Hera Syndulla.
The Ghost Crew Is Back, & Now In Live-Action
All (Live) of the Ghost Are Returning
Ever since Ahsoka and its cast of characters were announced, it’s been exciting for Rebels fans who yearned to see their favorite characters make the jump to live action. Prior to Ahsoka, only two Rebels characters had cameoed in live-action — Chopper in Rogue One and Zeb Orrelios in The Mandalorian season 3. However, a teaser for Ahsoka season 2 confirmed that all living of the Ghost will be appearing, making this the first time audiences get to see all of them together in live-action.

Ahsoka Show Cast & Star Wars Character Guide
Star Wars Celebration 2023 revealed the first trailer for the Ahsoka series, featuring many of the show’s characters and respective cast.
Though the Ghost crew is incomplete without Kanan Jarrus, who sacrificed himself in Rebels season 4, it’s great that Zeb will be reuniting with his found family. After having Ezra Bridger cross between galaxies to find his way home, it’ll be great to see him interact once again with Hera, Chopper, and Zeb. While on the Celebration Stage, Ahsoka actor Rosario Dawson confirmed that Ezra and Hera will be working together to fight off Thrawn, something that will hopefully satisfy those who were underwhelmed by their reunion at the end of Ahsoka season 1.
Ahsoka Season 1 Stumbled, But Season 2 Can Fly
Dave Filoni is Setting Season 2 Up To Be Great
Many viewers were irritated that Zeb was missing from Ahsoka season 1, only garnering a mention by Sabine and Ezra after they’d been reunited. Having seen Zeb appear in live-action in The Mandalorian season 3 alongside Carson Teva and then Teva appearing in Ahsoka felt like it could’ve fit so easily, but that the ball was dropped. While Ahsoka overall was a good show, certain emotional moments just didn’t hit as well as they probably should’ve.
Ahsoka season 2 has Ezra, Hera, and presumably Zeb all working together, so audiences are hopeful that these emotional mis-managements will be corrected
Ahsoka season 2 has Ezra, Hera, and presumably Zeb all working together, so audiences are hopeful that these emotional mis-managements will be corrected. Having these emotional moments on top of what will surely be great writing via Dave Filoni will truly put Ahsoka in with some of the best Star Wars content in the last few years. Whether Ahsoka season 2 lives up to the hype or not, for Rebels fans, they can rest easy knowing their favorite found family will soon be reunited.
